Horrible . Came out to open up system, was told I had a problem and am being charged over $200 for a service call .

Devon did a good job every time he comes. They text you when theyre coming which is a plus! Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Easy to schedule, good day of communication, friendly and efficient sprinkler close service from Chris Dahl. Cost is not cheap, but they delivered a very good experience.

Absolutely horrible. I hired them for the first time in the spring. They came out to open my sprinklers and never actually turned the water on. They told me the sprinklers were running over night and as my grass became more burnt I realized the water was never actually turned on before the tech left. I hired them again and gave them a second chance to winterize my sprinklers and was rescheduled twice before I just cancelled and moved on to another company. I should have known better. Brutally bad, and I m not someone who leaves reviews .

November 8 2024: Update. This company has now committed fraud. They sent a technician, the technician said he was not capable to perform the work then left. They sent me a bill for that visit. I told them no work was performed. Then they charged my credit card without permission. Sending techs who say they cant perform and charging for that visit is fraud. FYI the owner response is from a previous review I left over 2 years ago. I havent received any assistance to resolve the current issues. Everything is terrible these days. Trying to reach a live person, appointment keeping, service, etc, its all been a nightmare the last couple weeks.. Im now getting invoices for work not performed. I ask for management support, and I cant get anywhere..

Christopher was our technician. When he got to our house, he needed access to all the water stuff . Nobody was home & he called me. I don t know where any of that stuff is, so I couldn t help him. He called the company & explained this. Then I found out how to access everything & texted the company, asking christopher to get back to me. Within less than a 1/2 hour, he contacted me, went right back to my house & completed the job. Christopher was knowledgeable, kind & efficient. We will definitely continue with All Wet Irrigation. Excellent courteous service this morning, the men arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed their work in a professional manner, also answering a couple of questions we had!

Rob came on time,did a great job and found some things that needed to be addressed at 2025 start up.

These guys are not cheap, but they do excellent work. We just had a tech visit to fix a problem caused by our landscapers messing around with manual valves. At first the tech thought that the valves had failed, but it turned out that the landscapers had turned certain valves to force them on. I don t remember our tech s name, but he knew our system inside and out and everything fixed right away. He also made a suggestion about a new rain sensor that his company had recently installed, as well as our filtration system. I m very happy with the tech!!!

Very satisfied with my recent winterization. My technician, Anthony B., diagnosed an electrical issue with one of my zones and made the necessary repairs after explaining what was causing the error. System is running as expected, without any error messages.

They charged me $700.00 to replace 3 sprinkler heads that cost $15.00 each retail and took 45 minutes to do the work! They also refuse to return my phone calls. Do not use them, they are under new management, who think cheating customers is a smart way to do business. There are many other reputable local providers who would charge less than half their cost.

We were having issues with a possible leak in a pipe to our water well system. We called All Wet Irrigation & Lightening and they scheduled a tech to come out the next day. The tech, Mike, worked on the system and was able to fix the problem. Mike went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend All Wet Irrigation & Lighting!

I was their customer for decades. Today I called to schedule winterization of the sprinklers. You cant get to someone through the phone anymore. The message keeps saying there are more than 10 callers ahead of you. I requested a call back, which I got. The woman on the phone requested my credit card number to keep on file. I did not think it was reasonable and refused to give it, at which point I was told that my appointment could not be scheduled. It sounded very suspicious, like a classic fraud scenario. I tried to call again, to no avail. Sorry to say goodbye after so many years of being a customer.

During the mid season check up the control unit had to be replaced. During the closing out of the system in October it was determined the control unit was not installed correctly.

I had a spring startup service done and received reminders of the service prior to the scheduled date. Jared was pleasant and knew what he was doing. He was honest and did a great job. Highly recommend him and All Wet Irrigation. Sep 2024: I had my mid-season done by All Wet Irrigation, and Rob (the technician) did a thorough inspection of the irrigation system. He identified the issues and did a great job of explaining the needed services. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Efficient, cleaned up and seeded when done. Charlie the technician went through the process and showed me each zone working.

Gonzalo did a great job today. He went above and beyond to rectify my situation. He found leaks that were not found by other technicians and fixed them on the spot. So much so, he had other jobs to do today, however the dispatcher was able to adjust his schedule in order for him to complete my job today. He stay from morning to about 3:40 pm...it was a huge job and he completed it with patience.

Technician was an hour and a half late.

All Wet was very timely in giving me an estimate and getting my install on the schedule. I thought pricing was fair but I really liked their people. Ed helped initially on pricing the system and Austin was great on the install. The installation process was smooth with minimal disruption to the lawn.

They came Tuesday morning and replaced three sprinkler heads that cost $15 each. We re here 45 minutes and charge me $700. I ve called them three times over the last five days asking for an explanation of this exorbitant amount! Each time the customer service person promised a manager would call me back. I still have no return phone call and I do not expect they intend on calling me back! I would suggest not using them since their business model appears to be charge whatever you think you can get away with!!!

Rob is an excellent tech. Excellent employee. Explained everything to me and gave me options. Replaced my controller and all valves. Only negative is that I was still charged for the service call even after spending $2,000.00.

Stay away from this company. I contacted them to get an estimate to reconnect three main lines that were cut when I had work done at my house. The service guy comes to my house and tries to convince me that I need to redo all 12 zones. Never got a written estimate from this company Every month I continue to get a bill for $145 plus tax for these guys that came out to my house and were totally non responsive I contact them talk to Doris and send email etc but still get a bill I asked that whoever owns this company to call me to discuss but no response! By the way I was able to get the work done in under 2 hours by Green Turf everything works great . I highly recommend them !

Brandon did an amazing job at our home completing two major system repairs and replacement of two sprinkler heads all of which required substantial work he worked efficiently and diligently for 6 or so hours with no break and returned our property to perfect condition .! Very happy!

I just redid my whole backyard, new pool, patio, landscaping and irrigation. The people that stood out from everyone else was All Wet Irrigation! From Eric to Dan to Austin and the men that did all the work was nothing but a 10 all around! The estimate and communication were seamless. The worker s were knowledgeable and cleaned up everything, did not know they were even there. After they were done, Austin came back and ran through everything with me and saw some things that needed adjustments and is coming back to fix. I can t say enough about this company. I use them for all my winterization and opening needs as well definitely would recommend!

Chris went above and beyond. He stayed until 830 tonight and I am eternally grateful.

They do exactly what any other sprinkler company does and are prompt and responsive. The trouble with Allwet is that they charge ridiculous prices for the smallest things. Take for instance, swapping out a $2.99 spigot and charging $30. Then they charge over $80 to change each damaged sprinkler head It feels disengenous and your gut tells you, you are getting ripped off. I don t trust them - at all. Once this season is over, I won t renew my contract. I recommend that you use another company and let their nonsense sputter out organically.

We have had the sprinkler system for three years now and it has been worry free. The app is easy to use to adjust the watering amount and time, mostly it adjusts itself automatically. Anthony, our service technician, is very professional and respectful of your time.

Was scheduled for 7am- 12 pm but then got a reminder that the service will occur 7am -7pm?? Also pre-emergent probably should occur a few weeks earlier as the weeds are already having a party by the time the service occurs

I got a sprinkler system and landscape lighting installed by All Wet, which is supposed to be covered by their warranty. However, twice I ve had to call them for a faulty light and sprinkler sprayer. Both times they ve declined the warranty and charged me a service fee plus cost of parts It s a big scam! This company has gone through an ownership change and their service has declined since

Been using All Wet for over 20years and use to love them. Since they got bought out , u can not anyone one the phone and takes them days to get back to you. Had a technician come look at my sprinklers and came up with over $600 estimate to fix 5 heads. Being handy I clean 3 of them easily and was down to 2 needed replacements , not sure why they don t try to clean them. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and when he final came he replaced 2 ( I assume , got billed for 2) but didn t replace one the broken ones. So still not working. Had to call again and again no answer. Waiting in call back

After only 6 years, the back flow system is failing. The hoses have surfaced through the lawn. I was told by the installer that the system should last for at least 15 years before it needed repairs. When I called, I got a runaround, then finally - months later after many calls, advised that they would discount the $900 replacement system by 15%.

Revised: I ve used All Wet for approximately 3 years across irrigation, lawn, and mosquito. Due to increased costs and issues with scheduling I ended their premium contract. Last season I paid for a black-flow valve and spigot replacement. At the time I noted a leak, and asked for a similar spigot handle to be installed (still hasn t happened). The tech said they ll fix it when they restart the irrigation system. I tried to take advantage of their start-up promotion to no avail. When I finally got through the rep said I was a day late and won t honor the special, though it ended on a Sunday when the company was closed. I turned on the system and unsurprisingly, there s a leak. I called, they showed up, tightened the nut on the spigot (that they installed) and billed me $138.60. Several discussions and 3 months later, they offered a $25 discount to on the service bill. In my last discussion the rep said I can pay the discounted bill or the full bill - still in dispute. All Wet Irrigation earned this one star (should be zero). Should you decide to use this company watch your invoices as prices increase on every renewal and you will need to stay on top of getting techs out there in a timely fashion.

Tech Brandon Santiago came to my house within an hour . I had there underground leaks and he repaired them in a professional manner .
