Mark and his team @ Landscape Pros have helped with a complete backyard renovation. I cannot speak highly enough of them. The crew is highly efficient, polite, kind, talented, funny..... the list goes on. Integrity, quality, honesty, value, knowledgeable, trustworthy; these are just a few words that come to mind when I tell people about our experience with Landscape Pros. I highly recommend them for any of your outdoor needs from general maintenance to full renos.

We have had a very unfortunate experience with this business and we would not recommend using this company. At our initial meeting we were “wowed” by Mark’s personal approach and what seemed to be a genuine desire to complete our project. We hired him as a contractor for our outdoor project and regret doing so. It’s been eight months, he has been paid in full, and the job is still not completed as it should be. During the course of the eight months much of the work has been of poor quality; completely lacking in effort and integrity. The communication has been mediocre at best and at times nonexistent. Anytime we were unhappy with a section of the project, Mark would constantly place blame on his subs and come up with excuse after excuse. It has been one excuse after another for the past eight months and overall the finished project (although “looks” great in the pictures he posts on his FB page) is certainly lacking in several areas. This project cost us over 60K and the quality of workmanship is not of this value. 1. The sod was laid poorly, with the first mistake being the ground was not graded properly. There are holes and low areas where the sod is dying. This has been pointed out to Mark several times with no resolution offered. 2. The fence contractor he hired did not install the correct hinges (do not meet code) on the gates and Mark has refused to replace them. 3. The electrical that was installed in the outdoor pavilion shorts out every time it rains. This has been brought to Marks attention numerous times, and again, no resolution. 4. The pavers are not level. Another sanding and grouting is necessary but he will not acknowledge this issue. 5. The concrete work inside our skimmer boxes looks as though a child performed the task - with finger prints embedded in the concrete. Mark insisted on being paid in full before completing the project, which we did, because we wanted to believe that we were working with an honest contractor. We have learned our lesson and hope to warn others. We absolutely do not recommend this business / contractor for a large outdoor project.
