Been doing business with David and the guys since I bought my first gravely 14 years ago. Our business is basically blades, he sells Gravely mowers and they are just work horses. Upgraded today to a larger deck, and as usual David gave me a great deal, and even loaded my new mower for me. Great guys that sell a GREAT product. When your looking for a new mower, pay attention to what you see the commercial guys using. GRAVELY

I took my lawnmower into this business approximately 3 weeks ago for a belt that had come off of lawnmower. My dad dropped it off for me. A week later, I called to see if it was repaired, only to find out it hadn’t been touched. 3 days later, I spoke with David, whom I’ve been told is the Manager and he said it was ready. In the 10 days of waiting on the repair my dad had been admitted to the hospital so I had no way to pick the lawnmower up. I asked if they could deliver it back to me, David said yes for a fee of $75.00, I agreed, even though I live 2 miles from the business. I had the lawnmower back approximately 2 weeks, in which my husband cut the grass 1 time, and the belt came off again. I called last Friday, September 2, 2022, around 10:30am, and spoke with David, told him we were having the same issue with the lawnmower. He said he would send someone out to pick up the lawnmower that day & figure out what was going on with it. Today is September 7, 2022, I have yet to see anyone from that business, have not received a phone call from David explaining why nobody has picked up my lawnmower. I will NEVER do business with this place again! Very unprofessional & they do not thoroughly repair anything you take there! Be warned!

These guys are good at what they do. I’ve a Gravely ProMaster 260 that was having issues with the engine. The problem didn’t manifest itself until the engine was hot which would take a minimum of 30 minutes. I’d taken it to two other places before discovery of Turf Maintenance Co. They’re busy but once they’d gotten to my mower it was promptly repaired correctly. I feel like I can trust these guys to do it right. I’ll be back.

These guys were awesome! We got there Close to closing time but they took care of us and didn't try to rush us out . They explained everything and took time to show Us how everything worked! Thanks guys we will definitely be back!

This business has some amazing employees. We were looking for a mower to fit our needs. We have meet some wonderful people here, but these guy are the best. Thank for the great service.

I bought a Gravely zero turn from these folks and I am happy with the service. I got the mower at 0 % interest and it is a wonderful tool. The maintenance crew took care of a small issue and was fast. Thank you guys!

We called Friday afternoon to confirm they had the Gravely mower we were looking for, negotiated a fair price, agreed to pick it up the following morning, called ahead to assure them we were on our way, only to be told upon our arrival that it had just been sold!!! The clerk behind the counter thought it was funny that we drove from 2 hours away to pick it up. He literally laughed and offered no apology. He didn’t extend himself in any way to try to resolve the issue. It was the worse customer service I have ever experienced and I am sure that this type of service is represented in every department. I highly suggest you do not trust them and count on them for anything.

I have a 17 year old mower and stopped for a blade engagement cable. Pleased they had it, I stopped a few days later. I did not expect them to have blade spindle assemblies and pulleys. After giving model number from a picture on my phone, he picked up the old part I brought with me, walked into the back and was back with my items in about a minute. Very nice job! They are very busy with people stuck at home so be mindful and patient.
