So very, very bad. Would never recommend.

I saw the 5 star reviews for this company and trusted Weed Man to kill my weeds and give me a lovely green lawn. After they sprayed a fall preemergent on my lawn I was amazed at how quickly the weeds started dying, alarmingly, my grass started to die too! I contacted the company and they sent technicians out to fertilize my lawn and try to bring it back to life. My lawn could not be resurrected. Weed Man refused to do anything about it, so be forewarned if they kill your grass, it will be your problem.

I m seeing no progress with my lawn after 6 months. They don t come out when they schedule an appointment.

This is what s in my yard after 3 years with weed man. It was so lovely when I bought it, and now it s just garbage.

Awful company with extremely poor customer service. Biggest issue: they will enroll you in services without your consent or knowledge. You ll see a charge on your bank statement & good luck getting it refunded. I should ve taken them to small claims court but instead I closed my account. Beware of this company, trust me! Updates Response to Weed Man: No, you are incorrect, sir/ma am. I communicated clearly & concisely for your company NOT auto-enroll me in year 2023. I was assured TWICE that that wouldn t happen. Well, it DID happen. What was the Weed Man s excuse? That associate no longer works here, sorry. So I asked for a refund. Weed Man s response? Sorry, no refund. Awful company. To the general public: You have been warned.

They communicate. If weather is a problem they let you know. If they need to reschedule for others reasons then you are informed. If there is a problem then theyll do their best to remediate it and in a timely manner.

They were responsive to a problem, and were waiting for two months to see if they can get it resolved.

I am so pleased with Weedmans services. Not only is the weed control phenomenal but my two youngest daughters are very sensitive & allergic to mosquitos, and their mosquito control is awesome!!! My girls can play outside in comfort now without getting bit. And, to top it all off...all employees are great, from customer service agents, sales reps, and service technicians. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Had a salesman for Weed Man come to my door a little under a month ago. He was very professional and provided me with several pricing/service options for my yard. After thinking it through, I decided it was not something I should add to my budget for now. I communicated with the salesman that I appreciated the quotes, but needed to decline for now. He acknowledged my text and thanked me for the opportunity. Since then, I have received 13, yes 1 3 calls from Weed Man wanting to discuss plans for taking care of my yard. This has become beyond annoying, so I called them back to ask them to please stop calling me. When a representative answered, I respectfully explained that I had been called many times and didnt want to receive any more calls from them. Before I finished my sentence, he hung up on me. This is beyond ridiculous and nothing short of harassment. Prior to the many calls and being hung up on, I had considered using them in the future. Now I will most definitely not use them nor will I recommend them to anyone. So unprofessional...

Met with a guy at my house on Friday. Said he didnt have the equipment to give me a quote. Said he would return on Monday. Never showed up. Now no one will answer the phone.

I was amazed at my lawn s transformation. I went from a clover covered and weed infested yard to green grass. I was so excited I would walk barefoot in it because the burrs were gone. I was told by neighbor to give them 12 months. I saw fantastic results in just a few months.

They are quick to respond, super professional, and have made my yard look much better. They even helped me adjust my sprinkler system to a better setting for my lawn which was way outside his job description. Really great company.

They have been a life saver in one short year! When I got this house back from renters and years of poor lawn care, Weed man has helped this lawn to flourish! It is now thick, green, and worthy of the house and neighborhood!

The mosquito control really works! I expected it to help a little but it helps a lot! We have been able to be out in our yard with no bugs. We have large bushes and they are sprayed heavily and it lasts well until the next application.

I have had service with Weed man for about a year now. When we bought our current home the lawn had been neglected for several years and was a real mess. I contracted with Weed man to see if there was hope to turn it around. David has been my tech since we started and is amazing. The scheduled applications have done their work and we are very happy with the results. Kim has been a great help and is always there when needed. I have had my mother in laws home treated for bahai grass and am looking forward to it being gone soon....Dom took care of that one since it is in his territory....another great technician! My neighbor has signed up for service and another neighbor said he was tired of fighting with his lawn and would be calling after seeing our results!! You can t go wrong if you just give them the time it takes to work their magic. Thanks Weed man!!!!!

For years I did my own lawn maintenance, some years it went great and some years I made mistakes and my lawn suffered. A couple of years ago I decided to give Weedman a try. Well it was a great decision, I now spend less money by letting them take care of my yard year-round and I don t have to figure out what chemicals or fertilizers I need to use to make my yard look great. You can see the difference where my property line ends compared to my neighbors who are trying to their maintenance on their own. I ve referred several friends and they now have the service too. Whenever I see a rouge weed come up, they come and treat it again with no questions. Give them a try and you won t be disappointed.

I have the BEST yard in the neighborhood. Just moved here from NC to Level Plains . Neighbors remarked that the yard has not look this good in over 5 years! The Weed Man is great! Lakeshore Landscape is wonderful! Johnathan and boys do a great job! 30 minutes and they are done! They are always willing to do anything I asked of them. I called with a problem, the guy on the phone took the time to check a few things and then told me what to do to fix the problem. Ive been using Weed Man for nearly 5 years since moving to the area. In the past 40 years Ive had a number of lawn services.....most of them fair at best....and several downright poor.
