They are professional and even more important the owner goes out of his way to establish a relationship and partnership with his clients. He has open communication with them and does what he says he will do for his clients to give them the best service possible. I could not be happier.

Due to my advancing age, I found it necessary this year, 2024, to seek out a lawn service company to remove a huge amount of leaves from my three Nut-All oak trees, remove all the greatly deteriorated pine straw, edge all beds, sidewalks, and curbs, prune 11 rose bushes, install 15 rolls of colored pine straw provided by me, bag and haul away all leaves and other debris. Shortly after Bobby and I met to review and discuss the work that needed to be done, a formal quote was provided. During Bobby’s initial visit he made a video of the existing condition of my yard which I will attempt to attach later as well as numerous photos of my yard after Bobby and two other workers spent about 5 hours, 15 labor hours, completing the work which I found to be excellent. I highly recommend K&K for any needed yard work. UPDATE 1-18-2024 I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to upload the before video and photos I made after the work.

They do decent work mowing the lawn but they are not careful, they damaged both the coolant line for the HVAC system outside as well as part of the fence and ran over some plants. I tried to be polite about it and mentioned the damaged plants (leaving out the bigger issues) to which he asked how much it cost. It was a smaller plant and I told him the amount thinking oh he must want to make it right so I asked if he wanted the price of the plant taken out of the mowing service. No reply. A few days later I receive an automated bill for the full amount. So I got over priced service that damaged my property and rude customer service to boot. Would not recommend them to anyone I cared about. There are many other people offering lawn service for lower prices with better service. Do your due diligence and avoid getting burned! On the other hand if you don't mind overpaying and have nothing outside your house that you care about go nuts!

Bobby Tolbert is a hard working professional who takes great pride in his work. He cares about his customers both residential and commercial. I recommend his company without reservations.

He goes over and beyond to make sure I Am satisfied as a customer. He loves what he does and he takes pride in serving his customer. Great attitude and prices are below other competitors. Thanks for all you do in our community.

I don’t know where to start about this business! They are amazing and professional. The owner, Bobby, is extremely informative and pays attention to every detail in the work he does with his team. They take pride in the work they do, and it shows! If you are considering their services, please see this as a sign to move forward! Great prices, Great people, and IMMACULATE RESULTS!

He cut our lawn 3 times. We had No problems in the beginning. Then, he Completely mowed over 30 + of our privacy bushes. After we called him about it, he said he would replace them. Never showed up again. Lied about a local nursery coming out to look at them. I called them and they said that absolutely did not happen and they had no idea what I was talking about. One lie after the next. He Damaged over $500 worth of our landscaping, said he would replace it, never did, lied about a nursery coming to look at them, and he never showed up again. He also broke our neighbors window while mowing their lawn. I 100% would NOT recommend using this company. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked with in Dothan AL.

This is by far the BEST lawn service company that I have ever used! My grass has never been so healthy and green! They are always so professional and polite. Whatever I ask them to do in my yard is always done to perfection!!
