Steva went above and beyond with exceptional service and attention to detail. She was always available and kept good communication throughout the entire process of our turf purchase and installation. My experience with Top Turf started off on a somewhat positive note, but it quickly spiraled into an absolute nightmare. Initially, the company appeared professional and competent, but their true colors were revealed when I tried to speak with the owner about a concern I had with the way the turf had been pitched. What followed was a display of extreme rudeness, egotism, unprofessionalism, and an utter lack of accountability. At first, the installation process seemed to be going well, and I had high hopes for the final result. However, mid project I noticed that the pitch was causing major flooding and puddling of water, it was a significant issue. It was uneven, and simply did not meet the standards for which I agreed to have the turf installed nor what I had expected. Concerned about the quality and error in the work, I approached the owner to discuss the matter. To my shock and dismay, the owners response was nothing short of appalling. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and a willingness to find a solution, he dismissed my complaints outright. His arrogance was palpable as he tried to belittled me and claimed that the issue was inconsequential. His message read like this : The pitch and grade is fine. Theirs is nothing wrong with the work we did. We are professionals at what we do with many years experience. Iam not redoing the work or lifting anything up, i expect approval from you today when we Finnish on-site with the guys and a payment today as well. WORD FOR WORD OF HIS reply ! Never once had I asked him to lift the work, never once had I suggested not paying him, never once would I have expected such push back - unless of course .from someone who doesn t know what they are doing and when approached with a situation he addresses it with defiance and restrictions due to their lack of knowledge and professionalism. It was abundantly clear that his ego was far more important to him than maintaining a satisfied customer base. Not only did the owner display a complete lack of empathy, but he also lacked basic communication skills. When I attempted to explain the problem and express my disappointment, he interrupted me, spoke over me, and refused to let me finish my sentences. His dismissive and condescending attitude left me feeling unheard and invalidated. Adding insult to injury, the owner demonstrated zero accountability for the subpar work performed by his company. Instead of acknowledging the flaws in their installation and taking responsibility for rectifying the situation, he chose to place blame on me, suggesting that I was being overly picky and difficult. This level of unprofessionalism was truly astounding and indicative of a business owner who prioritizes his own ego over customer satisfaction. Of course, I never refused to pay him or even suggested such I was looking for solutions and not the disgusting behavior I was confronted with. In light of my experience, I strongly caution anyone considering working with Top Turf While they may appear competent initially, their true colors shine through when faced with any concern, criticism or suggestion The owners rude, egotistical, and unapologetic behavior, coupled with a lack of accountability, is unacceptable in any professional setting. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment and seek out a turf company that values its customers and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. It s better to pay more and get someone who knows what they are doing rather than one who just claims to know and really doesn t !

It is a very unprofessional company; contracted them to install turf around my pool. They did not do the prep work they had agreed to do, and the end result was a very unsightly appearance. After a few days, the turf looked wrinkled.

Please do not believe the reviews here that are highly rated. I was fooled by these great reviews and I was so wrong! These reviews must be filtered by the company themselves so they come out with only the great reviews. I am writing this review with honest experience after dealing with them since 7 months ago. That means I have given them many many many chances to do it right and keep their promises. I have been disappointed over and over because they do not show up for scheduled appointments when they say they will. I empty my schedule for them expecting for them to come in for repairs but this company will forget you are in the schedule so you end up wasting your time. Everyone that I dealt with over the phone all left the company since they recently have a change in management. However, the new management is even worst. So far, the new management have no-showed 2 scheduled appointments with me, not including my same experience with the old management . It is unfair when you wait on them to come as they promise (for repairs that should not even exist in the first place it they do things right) and end up being stood up! A complete waste of time and money since I am also working. If you are a regular home owner (not a big company or maybe if you own a mansion), then do not use this company. They will not take care of you. They will forget you as soon as you make the payments. There are way better companies out there that are reliable and will take care of their customers and are Trustworthy and do not forget the small projects .

I reached out to Top Turf late last year for a quote and immediately was able to see why they are the number one artificial turf company in South Florida. Not only did they set up an appointment within 24 hours but one of the owners Camilo Caroso came personally to my house to measure and provide me with different options. Within 24 hours I had several estimates in my email for my review. After reviewing the estimates and different turf samples we decide to proceed with Top Turf. And boy did we make the right choice! All of the employees; from the ground workers to the project manager were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable, extremely careful with our house and most importantly they delivered the job in the time they promised (3 days). Amazing work! This company is super professional and gets the job done! We got a few estimates for a mini Gulf in our backyard and decided to go with Top Turf. Company is prompt with phone calls and appointments! Miami companies and contractors tend to be terrible but these guys seem to want to work! Julio was the sales rep that gave me my estimate and he was incredibly kind and patient with my many, many questions and concerns. Julio always said I want to answer all your worries and concerns vs having you spend thousands of dollars and you end up unhappy. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for artificial turf.

I was researching local turf companies when I stumbled upon this one. The owner / president has left negative reviews for competitors and left a positive review for his own company. The other 5 star reviews here are also suspect. Shameful that they are stooping to this level. Very dishonest and immature behavior. EDIT: And to prove my point, after the owner responded to this, he deleted his negative competitor reviews but kept the positive review that he left for his own company. What a joke. Good thing I took screenshots.
