Synthetic Lawns of Miami in Doral

Well to start off they come out give u a price and tell u the grass has a 15 year warranty. I had the work performed by this company but for them to call u back after investing close to $8000.00 is like pulling teeth. I was lucky I was here when they did the job otherwise they would have done the job to what they felt would be satisfactory. I called 2 times plus text to my salesman no answer back , call to office no answer back and I texted the owner and left message no call back. Zero customer service , I have a valid question but they refuse to call back there previous customers. I gave them 1 star because I feel u should always take care at least call your customers. Well maybe it’s a Miami thing.

A total scam. We paid a fortune to get artificial grass installed in our backyard and less than a year later the surface was no longer leveled. The owner was disrespectful and delusional, and asked for more money to cover for the repairs

Met with the salesman and he explained all the varieties of lawns to pick from. Once I made my choice they came and did an excellent job. I'm so happy with the finished product. Thank you so much for the quick and professional service.
