Addendum 1/2025: Had to leave an additional review 8 months after my initial review to commend Native once again, a truly rare find of a gem company in Miami. Canceled my service today given my condo is now including pest control in our HOA dues. The thing that amazed me was I was fully expecting a runaround, some kind of fee to cancel and 2 more charges given the contract, bla bla bla... To my amazement they just canceled it, no more payments and that was that. Meg, as everyone Ive dealt with there was pleasant professional and efficient. Cant thank this company enough, would recommend without reservation! 5/2024: Went with Native after being tired of no-shows and cancellations with another big named company... Native has been amazing, responsive and usually able to come out within 24 hours of calling... professional, courteous and knowledgeable employees (most recently, Angel who was great!) and they even call a day or 2 later to make sure everything was to your liking, a rare gem of an honest company in Miami!

The 5 Star Review is for Adrian, the technician that came to our property for terminates treatment. He was very professional and took the time necessary to ensure all areas were covered. He took the time to ensure there was no debris left in the house and explained the whole process. My recommendation to new customers, make sure that on the 1st visit when the vendor is showing pictures of their findings, you request to view the date stamp or verify for yourself what they are showing you. I was shown pictures of another property trying to make us believe that our attic was infested with termites. When I went up to the attic no such damage was there.

We received fantastic service from Brandon, Alex, and Dale. We had a rodent issue in the attic and they were very stubborn to find a way in. The team at Native was persistent, and stuck with us throughout the process to ensure that ultimately we were rodent free, even though it took longer than expected. When we called with concerns, Alex took time with us to explain the process. We would use this company in the future for any issues that we had.

Based on excellent reviews, I called and reached Eric. He was helpful and responsive. They squeezed me in at the end of that same day. Brandon, the technician, was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond, even caulked a couple of cracks we found in the rear of my freestanding tub. I highly recommend!

I tried to cancel back in April but was told I had a contract I wasn t even aware of. They misled me about including interior services, showed up for five minutes, and left. Now, in October, they charged my account again and claimed I never canceled, forcing me to sift through countless emails. Despite all this, they re refusing to refund the October fees. Avoid companies that don t honor their contracts.

Angel and Daniel extremely friendly and greeted me with a smile. Once inside the apartment they explained the process thoroughly. Once finished they walked me through each of the steps they took and assured that they will be back. Great customer focus and would definitely recommend the two of them for any future services and pest control related work, thanks!

I called Native Pest Mgt in the morning, and Kyle came in the afternoon to inspect the pest issue. I am happy to say Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We had a good experience so I highly recommend this company.

Last week I saw a couple of random roaches, have never seen them before. I flipped out a little bit, went on a cleaning spree. Out on the screened in patio where I give the cats treats I found so many roaches, called Native Pest control. Brandon came out early this morning. Brandon is the best! He is just great; he explained everything and educated us on the roaches like how and where they live. He found their source, which is.(luckily) outside on the screened in porch in a corner. He treated the whole area and you could see them actively coming out to the bait. So ick but Im so relieved theyre being treated. He treated other areas where they may have migrated. He left traps and bait and what not with us and will follow up within two weeks. I cannot recommend Native pest control enough, especially Brandon. He is professional, but also so personable and funny. Easy to work with. So helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!

We just finished our no-tent termite treatment and had a wonderful experience. Angel was our service tech today. He was very knowledgeable, on time, and showed a lot of professionalism. He thoroughly explained the process before he started. I would highly recommend this company. We got several other estimates (from Orkin and Terminix) but they were pricey and did not offer this specific service. Our service consisted of them injecting the site in our ceiling, where we had the droppings, and also blasting the attic with a specific chemical that smoked throughout the whole attic. The other two companies only offered either tenting the house or injecting the specific hole. We were not about to play wack-a-mole with our ceiling. These guys are great at what they do.

The technician is really an expert on termites. It helped me understanding the issue and it spend a lot of time treating the areas affected by the damage

I have a termite problem that s been ongoing for several months. Trinity Pest Solutions was the first pest company to visit. They are a Great Company and respectful people. However, with our community transitioning to a new property management company, the bid for my house was lost in the paperwork and in the transition. Nonetheless, the community is in the market for a pest company. Fast forward to today 10/18 at 8:40 am, Gordon came to do his inspection. He went to the first floor and found termites and wood shavings. Gordon then asks permission to access our attic to finalize his inspection. I asked Gordon to give my wife a few moments to prepare for work. While my wife changed, I organized the area for Gordon to access the attic. The interaction quickly soured with Gordon saying how its disrespectful to have me waiting It s a courtesy to come here and I woke up early to drive here and it was an hours drive . His responses were left field and I was just shocked that it came to that. I did not receive a courtesy call informing me he was on the way. The scheduled appointment was between 8 am and 10 am. It was hard to determine when the arrival would be without a courtesy call. I contacted my HOA and they did mention to me your office made contact with them but the office was closed. So why for this review if this is just a miscommunication between the inspector and myself and not your company and my HOA? The purpose of this review is to highlight your inspector s gross attitude. Your inspector was convinced that it was okay for him to talk down on me in my home. Eventually, I asked Gordon to leave my house. I did contact my HOA and informed them of this interaction. I am sure this is a good company based on your reviews. Nonetheless, I do not recommend Gordon to be in the field until he has an informal discussion with his supervisor about his role within your company. Update 11/14/2024 Updated Rating: 5 Stars I m updating my rating from one star to five because Native Pest Management has been responsive and effective in addressing my concerns. Daniel was proactive in troubleshooting the issue and offered reasonable alternatives to resolve the situation. While I ve decided not to continue business with them, I appreciate their transparency and understanding throughout the process. It s clear that they value customer feedback and are committed to improvement.

We have had Native Pest Control for many years and had recently been contemplating switching to another company because we felt as though they were reluctant to address our concerns, particularly when we would say we were having a problem inside the house. This week, we were serviced by Wes, and he was outstanding. Wes took the time to thoroughly address our concerns explain the treatment protocols and Clearly, very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. To be honest, he may have just saved our account because we had planned to cancel after today s service. Wes receives five stars today! I m hoping that Native Pest Control will continue to send Wes to our house so that we can give them a five star review as well!

Wow, what a breath of fresh air the technician Josh is for Native Pest Control and their tentless termite treatment. I opened the house for my son while he was at work to have the treatment done. Josh gave us a 30 minute heads up and I was here 1 to 2 minutes before he arrived. No waiting!! Josh introduced himself and let me explain where the issues were for termite treatment. Josh explained every step and gave instructions on how long the treatment would take In order to be effective. Native has an exemplary employee in Josh who represents the company well. Ask for him if you can.

To say he was helpful is an understatement. Kyle explained to me what he thought the root cause was and the steps needed to remedy the situation. If I could give 0 starts right now I would I initially thought this company genuinely cared about both their employees and customers, but trust me, they don t. It seems like management doesn t allow the technicians to do their jobs properly because they re constantly being rushed to complete tasks incorrectly. I m paying thousands for a manager to push a worker who s trying to do a good job? That s a clear sign of a toxic work environment. You can see the stress on the technicians, which shows how toxic the management is. I have even heard a Maneger talk bad to one of the employees, cussing and being unprofessional. Sadly people like that have no peace in their life and bring on these personal issues to work and take it upon employees. There are some good techs at this company, but sadly, it seems they ve let many good people go. I used to request a specific technician, but unfortunately, he s no longer with Native. I personally will be trying to find that specific person and will be leaving native to go into the company he is working at to get serviced by him because he just did such an amazing job. To anyone considering working here, good luck. And to customers, make sure you re getting what you pay for.
