A family member recommended Tscape to me and I was not disappointed. I reached out for a quote and Jamie was at my house within a day or two to quote my project. He gave me a time estimate on job completion and he was right on the money. The crew who worked at my house were friendly and professional, and extremely hard working. After contacting many other companies, we chose T-Scapes for our hardscaping needs. We had just installed an in-ground pool and it was going to be a very difficult project . . . on a slope, a retaining wall was needed, and our existing bluestone patio had to be matched and continued to the pool , as the coping. T-Scapes gave us a price that was broken out by task, easily understood. The contract price was maintained thru completion and a warranty was provided with the contract. (BTW, we had just built our home, so we were experienced). Tom was very easy to work with and communication was outstanding. He is the boss that checks in daily with the progress and the customer. The quality and timeliness of the job was nothing less than superb. Every time we were told his crew would be working, up they did. Everything about our project, came out beautiful. Local business shout out: T-scape Inc. We hired T-Scape landscaping to bring my husband’s back patio vision alive. Not only have they showed up every day on time, worked hard and done incredible things- they’re truly artists- they’ve also been wonderful to work with, too, going above and beyond (touching up the walls, trimming cement corners around the bulkhead that were sloppy, etc.) When an odd water hookup was discovered under bushes they had the water department here that morning to ensure it wasn’t live (it wasn’t- it was an old well hookup that was probably 100 years old which was cool to learn about). They’ve also approached us with ideas to better our vision like using a slightly raised blocked stone around the tree to keep mulch in. Anyways, we’re so thrilled with them that we’ve now hired them for more landscaping work around our property. If you’re looking for a landscaper who treats your home like their own, are reliable, creative, and diligent then I highly recommend T-Scape.

Though I rely heavily on reviews I never write them, however after our great experience with T-scape I decided it was time to write one. After consulting with different landscapers and receiving a handful of estimates my husband and I knew that after meeting with Tom that T-scape was the perfect match for us. Tom is knowledgeable, friendly and takes great pride in his company and especially of his hardscaping/landscaping teams. The project was to turn our front yard, which was in desperate need of a makeover, into a more pollinator friendly, drought resistant landscape and to upgrade our crushed stone walkway. Taking into consideration our desires Tom came back with plans to do just that. The T-scape crews (Tony, Eric, Wilfredo, Selvin, Steve, etc.) were amazing to work with; composed of professional, talented, very courteous, pride driven, hard workers they were receptive to any questions, suggestions, modifications and additions that came along as the project progressed. Behind the scenes, T-scape has a wonderful office staff that makes sure any emails and voicemails don’t slip through the cracks, so a big “thank you” to Jenn for being so responsive. The end result was more than what we could have imagined, beautiful. NICE JOB GUYS! It’s nice to report that we have received many compliments on the transformation and even a passerby, or two, have stopped to take snapshots. Of course there’s more work to be done … isn’t there always? but we now know exactly who we are going to call, T-scape!

I can't say enough good things about Tom and T-Scape as a whole. Jenn who does the scheduling and billing was a pleasure to work with. She not only communicated via email but also via phone. Tom also was extremely pleasant to work with! He is an honest and respectful owner. He showed up for the quote and was straightforward about pricing. His beautiful vision came to life when his team performed the work on my property two days earlier than quoted (which was a bonus in itself). Tom also showed up both days the work was being done on my property which showed how much he cares about his work and team. The team was efficient and respectful to my property. They did such a beautiful job! They made it look like art. They went above and beyond the scope of the work by raking my yard, planting seed in bare areas, and even delivering extra flowers that we did not consider when planning the work. The landscaping in front of my house is breathtaking and I have the most beautiful house in our neighborhood of 65 homes. I am so proud to have this landscaping on my property and would even put a T-Scape flag in my yard to showcase that Tom and his team did this beautiful job. The work we had done included edging and cobblestones placed in our two flower beds as well as black mulch delivered. We had our front landing of red pavers removed and replaced with gorgeous grey toned pavers. We added granite steps to the scope after initial quote and those look stunning! We had three deeply-rooted plants removed from one bed (one was beyond original scope) and they were replaced with two beautiful white Azaleas which contrast beautifully against the black mulch and cobblestone edge. The team pruned a holly bush and even weeded both beds. They even mowed the lawn which was not expected! We are over the moon satisfied with the work done and the price charged. Tom even came by after the team had left after finishing and delivered a couple flowers for in front of our new landing to make the entrance pop even more. We cannot wait to work with Tom and T-Scape in the future to continue working on beautifying our property. We originally had Tom quote a backyard patio but decided to just update the front this spring and he has saved the quote for the patio for later. I most certainly will call him for that this fall or next spring should we decide to add a backyard patio to our home. I also plan to reach out to him for lawn work (over-seeding and aeration) this fall because of how efficient and fairly priced this job was. Thank you Tom, Jenn and the rest of the team!
