Payne Commercial Service Landscaping Inc. in Detroit

Payne commercial landscaping has a contract with the city of Detroit cutting their lots their work is so disgusting and horrible it's embarrassing to even say you paid for that services they go into the lot to make a one big circle and they think that's okay and it's not they treat the taxpayers of the city of Detroit East light trash they don't care how they cut the locks is just big tall grass everywhere and they're okay with that and to me when you do something like that and you take money for it you are stealing because you did not do a good job it's horrible

These guys did a great job cleaning up I-94 on the east side. Unbelievable how much trash there was on the shoulders and now it looks so much better. Thank you!!

Excellent work! The crew that did this gets 5 stars from Me! Clean and considerate is what a landscaper should always be and these guys are it They were in trailer 22.

If I could give zero stars I would. Landscaper blatantly mowed lawn clippings and debris on to my vehicle that was parked in our staff parking lot. It went from the front of my vehicle all the way to back. I got a carwash after work that day but the lawn debris didn't completely come off. I called my employer the following day to whom Terry Payne is contracted to do the landscaping. My employer did a three-was call to notify Payne of the issue. Payne called me back from a phone number listed private (blocked out). He came to check things out and recommended I get a hand car wash to try and remove the remainder of the stuck on debris. I asked Mr. Payne point blank, "why would his employee mow the clippings on to my car?" and he stated, 'Everyone doesn't have common sense' (yet he employs him). After the second carwash (by hand), I noticed a dingin my door. Again, I had to go through my employer to reach Terry Payne (as he never gave me his information to contact him directly). We were put on a three-way call to which Payne claimed he'd only cover my carwashes and not the ding in the door. Payne had my number and knows where I work. Not once since our initial meeting has he tried to contact me to talk further and try to rectify this situation. Nor has he tendered any compensation. Terry Payne called himself apologizing for "what I would call," his employee's gross and blatant negligence during our initial interaction. However, based on his actions I think otherwise. I would not recommend this company based on his ignorant employee (that moved the debris onto my car) and the owner, Terry Payne's lack of follow up and through.

Your employees could care less. 4 at least in the truck and not a single one of them cared enough to secure their load. Plastic bags flying every where littering the highway as they go down the road. Maybe this is how they protect job security just not our environment, and definitely not where they live.

One of the drivers cut across from the middle grass over to the 94 ramp at I-275 and I-94 and almost caused an accident. Thank God my husband was paying attention and so were all the cars behind us. How incompetent to almost cause at least 10 cars to collide.

This is not about the people personally but, it is about the work that has been performed. I feel that they have not been properly trained or educated in Landscaping . They have destroyed property more than once and I have went to my manager where I live to inform them and I didn't get the response that I should have gotten as a paying tenant. I have no choice but to deal with them because these are the people that are contracted by our managers and people in management. The work that is done by this company is not professional at all they don't clean up properly, it seems like they don't care about their work and the work ethics are not where they should be. They come at times when it's very inconvenient for people like myself who stay in the area where there is disabled and elderly. The consideration is not taken for our homes and it's just atrocious cuz I never experienced this anywhere I ever live in my entire life. I hv went & informed management of the times that I and other tenants have had to clean up after this company has left...I hv wondered why management has NOT actually come out and walked the grounds to see what's going on instead of staying in the office. I would like the owner of this contact to come out and please speak with the tenant about a lot of things that are not being taken care of because as I've spoken to other tenants as well as I can only literally speak for myself that we are not pleased and as disabled residents ( with physical disabilities)..we should not have to do the things that we have been doing in order to keep our units looking nice that's what the company is paid to do. This doesn't give me as a tenant any type of Security, meaning our management are supposed to be here to make us feel comfortable & make sure things are done correctly. Since this company has been contracted 2 our complex it has given me nothing but anxiety, disgust, and it's physically draining for me because I am a disabled individual and I shouldn't have to go out and do landscaping.. other than taking care of my own unit; and I do that all the time. Never hv I had any complaints/ reprimands about how I take care of the property in which I pay rent for. Like I said in the beginning this is not about the people who work for them because I am not on here to judge them as a person I am just going by what I have seen since they have been contracted to our complex. I am very unhappy as well as a lot of other tenants but I guess I'm just one of the ones who have no problem with speaking up because I know that's my inalienable right! When they cut grass it's absolutely terrible is horrendous because the debris that is left & damage have never experienced anything like it in my life.

Great job on 94 highway . Best I've seen in years. Just today I drove past your workers as they started to clean up . On my way home I was astonished to see such a great job they have done. I definitely seen a difference .
