Perez Landscaping Company is extremely responsive, consistently committing to appointments within two or three days. Even when their schedule is tight, they make it happen. What truly impresses me is their willingness to go above and beyond—if you assign them to focus on one task, they often do more without hesitation. As for pricing, they’re highly competitive. After comparing three quotes, I ended up choosing them. Highly recommended!

Perez Landscaping was phenomenal! They took my overgrown areas and transformed them into a magazine cover looking wonderland! Somehow they managed to get rid of all the weeds yet saved the flowers which were not even in bloom at the time. I will definitely call them again.

They came out immediately after I called and took care of my parents driveway after 6 of snow and then below zero temperatures. My parents were on vacation and I live far away. My folks were thrilled when they got home and did not have to deal with the driveway.
They did an excellent job of installing sod in my front yard and performing a spring cleanup in my backyard. They are professional and very easy to work with.

We can not say enough about this great group of people. The team works so well together. They have not only done a beautiful weekly job of maintaining our Lawn but whenever asked to do additional clean up, pruning ect, they add to their schedule and promptly get the service done. They are also very reasonable priced. There is a good reason why they do our whole street!

Faustino and team do quality work at a fair price. They do a great job of shuffling their schedule when inclement weather doesnt allow them to work on a specified day. As a bonus, they are also super friendly with my 5YO son who loves their landscaping equipment!

Mr. Perez is amazing. I am a handicapped senior and Mr. Perez was very patient and kind to me. He responded quickly if I had a?question. He is very reasonable also. Please do yourself a favor and call Mr. Perez for your landscaping needs.
Faustino says all the Right things, but doesn t do anything he says !! Just cuts the lawn doesn t trim or blow and clean leaves etc. High School kids could do a better job. Mentioned all the services he provides before sighing on but doesn t follow through and if you question him he gets mad.
The owners are very respectful and there workers are also very exceptional there work ethic is far more than any other landscape company I have dealt with there price is cheaper than other landscaping companies and their workers go far and beyond what is expected of them i would recommend them to anyone and everyone
