Contacted the company, had a reply on email saying someone would contact me within 24 hours, 48 hours later still no response.

Frank and Ben. Thank you for all your hard work. I rarely give feedback but have made an exception in this case. My back garden in Derby was a useless steep slope and a potential hazard if used by my toddler grandson. Thanks to a lot of digging by Ben (about 40 tons of clay). the slope was reduced to give a beautifully flat lawn area bordered by wide beds supported by retaining walls. It has provided a safe haven for my grandson who loves the space. Frank and Ben are genuine in all they say and the advice they offer should always be heeded. I told them what I wanted, they advised on a couple of things and the garden I now have is actually better than what I imagined it to be. Friends and family who have seen the garden have all gone WOW as their first words. So once again Frank and Ben, Thank You

Frank and Ben have completely transformed our garden into the perfect escape for our Nan. She is disabled and unable to leave the house, so having a garden she could use her wheelchair in was perfect for her. They made such a transformation on the first day, it was unbelievable. Every day they came to our house, they worked damn hard to get the work done, no messing around. We really couldn't recommend them enough!!
