Zach and his crew did a fantastic job installing turf in an area that,to me, had been an eyesore (ugly) area for years. They worked quickly and efficiently and had it completed before I had to leave the house. His men even raked level a nearby mulch pile which saved me valuable time. I also appreciate Sara, who led me thru the method of payment which was unfamiliar to this Super Senior. I definitely give them 5 stars out of 5.

If youre on the fence about artificial turf, and wondering who to use, I will tell you we had a great experience with Grass!365 Denver. We have a large tree in the back yard coupled with a trampoline; grass has been impossible to grow leaving mud which dogs always bring in. This is the best option, and Grass!365 has the best turf especially if you have dogs. I would absolutely use them again, two days 1500sq no surprises.

Zach had a bunch of guys come and knock my yard out in a day. They were all polite, professional, and did a great job. Turf isn t cheap so why go anywhere but the best.

We got several quotes and ended up choosing Grass365 due to Zachs great communication, laid back personality (not at all pushy) and in depth knowledge of the turf products. We were replacing old turf in our dog run that became very stinky and torn up over the years due to a not so good install by a different company. Zach and company are great! They came out and bid the job and within hours I had a contract with full bid and details. My wife and I are very happy with both the company and the product. Zack was an absolute pleasure. They completed the project efficiently and the grass looks real, even up close. Drains very well, too (we have two bigger dogs and nothing they ve done has left an odor).. If you re getting turf, these guys are more than worth it.

I started working with Zach a few months ago and when I was finally ready, he got the job done! I wanted the grass finished before Easter and they showed up at 7am on April 15th and 7 hours later, they were done! I waited about 6 weeks to write this review just in case over time there was anything to share. But we absolutely love it!! Well worth the money. I spoke with 3 other contractors and Zach was by far the most knowledgeable about the products and the process. I highly recommend and his company.

Zach & his team was the only turf company wed found, that had the type of turf thats truly pet friendly. It took a little bit, but once the ball was rolling, they had our turf installed really quickly. Everything was done in less than a day, & our backyard looks amazing now! Can not say enough good things about Zach and Grass!365 Denver. From the beginning we received top notch customer service. Zach spent over 30 minutes walking me through the pros and cons of turf and his specific product. Zach was very accommodating to our schedule as we had other projects going on simultaneously. He was flexible and once the time was right to get the turf installed they were there same week to get it placed. The team was great and had it installed in one day. Zach can by same day after install to inspect the teams work and make sure it was up to his standards. After getting the turf installed we had a reflection issue off one of our windows which ended up melting some of the turf. I let Zach know and he gave me advise on a window reflective film, and once that was placed, Zach and his team replaced the damaged turf at no additional cost. We could not be happier with our new beautiful artificial grass. Our one year daughter, dog, and cat all love it as much as we do. We checked out 3 other turf installers in the area and came back to Zach due to his customer service and we could not have chosen better. We hope you like your new turf as much as we do! Zach and his team did an excellent job installing our bocce court. The job was a challenge because of the sloping ground that needed to be leveled. He has always been very responsive to any request we had, his team knew what they were doing, were very courteous, and cleaned up each day. They installed a court that is beyond our expectations. Their product is superior to other turfs we looked at in that it is water permeable and we dont have to worry about runoff. Again we couldnt be happier!

Great experience and we highly recommend working with Zach! We live in Idaho and wanted to install turf but there were not any local installers- so we called around and got samples and Grass 365 was by far the best quality. Zach was so open and communicative that we took a chance and ordered the turf from him and did the install ourselves. It turned out great! He gave us really great instructions and answered our calls well after the sale was done. He faced timed with us to look at our progress and was just amazing. Installing turf is hard work- but you can do it if you have someone to guide you. If we had just done this based on YouTube videos we would have really struggled. Having Zach to answer our questions each step of the way was well worth paying a little more $ then what you could get by purchasing from some massive turf retailer online. Go with Zach- you won t regret it

We are super happy with our new artificial turf from Grass!365. Zach was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions and was in frequent communication throughout the process. I was especially impressed to see him there working with the crew when it came time for instillation. Not just overseeing, but actual rolling wheelbarrows of dirt and installing the turf. Loving the fact that we will not have to worry about watering or mowing, and the dogs killing the grass!

Zach was very repsonsive and everything went very smooth considering it had snowed and the lawn was partially frozen. They came to get it done even with when the weather didnt do them any favors and made sure to clean up everything on a Saturday. Our natural grass backyard was not in great shape due to our active dogs. With turf, it s great to not have to worry about tending to our grass. By far the best turf company in Colorado! I shopped probably 10+ different companies around the Denver/Aurora area, and nobodys products came close to the quality of Zachs. I expected their price to be more than the rest due to the quality, but the turf came out being the same if not cheaper than all the other companies with lower-quality products. This company is amazing. I sent them a request for quote on installing turf in our side yard for our dogs and they were very responsive with setting up a time to come out. Unfortunately their trailer got a flat and they had to postpone but they kept me in the loop and made it up by coming out at a time that worked for the two of us. During the site walk Zach walked me through the install process and about their product line. Samples were provided and I listened to their recommendation for our application. The day of install arrived and the crew was very quick and professional. I was at work but Zach sent pictures during the process to show the different stages of completion. The end protect is great and really makes the area look so much better. We had one area around a fence post that was not perfect so I contacted them and they came out quickly to fix it, great customer service.

Even though weather (snow) didn t make it easy on these guys, they were very responsive and worked around schedules to get this done as efficiently as possible while still maintaining the integrity of great quality work.

Zach s estimate was very thorough and fair and once under contract it did not change. Communication was good, and the result was exactly as expected.
