Ive been extremely pleased with augustas snow removal services until today. My home has a metal wheelchiar ramp at the front door. I pay good money for this company to de-ice and shovel my ramp. Without them, I cannot get out of my house safely. And they cleared my driveway but not my wheelchair ramp, leaving me, a disabled person absolutely positively no means of safely exiting my home. Im furious. Ive had to cancel medical appointments Ive waited months on end for and Ive fallen on my ramp now twice with my forearm crutches since the ramp isnt even passable with my wheelchair. They also used to shovel and de-ice my WHOLE driveway and around my wheelchair van so I could access my vehicle. Nothing got de-iced and they only cleared up to the vehicle - not around it. If it werent for family and friends to my rescue I would have been trapped in my home because Augusta failed to do the job I literally hired and pay them to do. Without snow and ice removal its not safe for me to leave my home. This isnt acceptable. If/when the company rights this - Ill update my review.

I called in for a service I really needed for this weekend on Tuesday, was told they would be contacting me with a quote within 24-48 hours, and I never heard from them. I stopped looking for other companies and have to start looking again now for next week.

Beware of predatory business practices! They will ask for a deposit but then not apply that deposit to your bill unless you remind them to. No matter how many times you call to confirm your requests the techs that show up(which also wont be when scheduled) wont follow those instructions so expect some extra charges for tasks you did not request so they can pad their fees. They also try to block negative reviews by preventing you from clicking NO on their emails when they ask: Did you enjoy your experience? This is not a company you rely on for quality work or service. Update they also dont to apply your down payment to your bill when asked then charge you late fees months later even though they had the full balance the whole time!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I used this lawn care for the first time last week spoke with several reps as to what I wanted: cutting of my grass biweekly. They were well aware that I had about 10 weeds growing with the grass. I told them that I did not want any special service, no spray, etc just simply cut the grass and take pictures. They gave me a quote, and then proceeded with the service to my surprise, they wanted to charge me a completely different amount. They said one thing and did another, and did not even provide my pictures. Do NOT go with this service and on top of that they did not even apologize. Hypocrites! At least I got refunded by my bank for them not properly servicing my home.

Worked with Garrett and his crew to get some work done and the back/front yard looks great! They were timely, got it don t quickly (as weather permitted), friendly, and very easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone!

Overall I am very disappointed by the services provided by Augusta Glendale. We originally chose this company because we wanted weeding services, mowing and edging, fertilization, aeration, and overseeding. The weeding service, which was costly, was wretched and ineffective from the beginning. We raised concerns with the company in hopes of improvement, but no lasting improvement was made. We ultimately had to cancel the weeding service. The mowing was adequate, but the edging was relatively harsh and haphazard (often taking out sections of grass around the edges of the lawn). The fertilizer and aeration were also adequate, but the final round of overseeding was badly done. No seed was placed in several bald areas of the lawn, and I had to request that they come back to do it again. For a service that costs $132, this is really unimpressive. As my general assessment, the quality of work and care put into the services from Augusta Glendale is low. We will not have this service again, and certainly would not recommend it.

I have NO IDEA how people are giving this company 5 stars. Id give it less than 1 if I could. They stood me up on estimate for landscaping and then said that the estimate is done by drive by. This is for landscaping, not lawn mowing. How would they ever do an estimate without knowing what we wanted done? Then we kept the lawn mowing service and nobody showed. We were told that if they needed to reschedule they would let us know. Nothing. Then I tried to call and got ticked off with the guy Max who answered because he sounded sarcastic. Well, he was an AI assistant. Really? They couldnt get one that sounded nice? Seriously. Well, I am done with them. They obviously dont want my money for my business, so I am going with the very reliable, responsive company that my neighbor uses. I should have just done that in the first place, but was misled by these obviously fake 5 star reviews. Or, if they are real and not AI reviews, then maybe this company just has something against me. In any case, Id rather they just straight up tell me that they dont want my business.

I was getting a basic lawn aeration from Augusta. I started getting emails from Augusta to schedule the aeration, with multiple revisions. Then I also started getting texts from a separate company Weedman saying they would be here today to aerate. No heads up, no accurate scheduling. Apparently Augusta had sub-contracted the work to Weedman. I probably would have been fine with that, but the horrific communication and mixed messages on the scheduling and sending my contact info to another company means I no longer want to have Augusta do my lawn. Edit: Upon reading the reviews of this company, most of them are from friends, or workers. Read the reviews, dont trust the star rating!

Cole did a great job trimming 2 large trees and Blake and Brittany left my yard clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly, polite and answered all my questions.

Best light install experience! The team is timely, professional and overall great guys and gals! They provide the newest technologies of lights and also take down and stow the lights for you. They also have a variety of light to choose from! We will use them every year!

Cole and Gabriel did wonderful work. My backyard was very overgrown and getting it under control was a big job. They were both friendly and polite and got the job taken care of quickly. I would 100% hire them again for any lawn care I need done!

Garrett fixed our sprinkler which was broken during mowing. He was very helpful and came on a Saturday to replace the broken head. He brought the proper parts, thinking in advance of what was needed. I was thankful that the broken head was communicated by the crew since we have a newly installed lawn! They were honest about breaking it!

Gabe and Cole did a great job in removing the weeds from my backyard. It was quite the jungle. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend Augusta Lawn Care to my friends.

I just had the best experience working with Blake and Cole from Augusta. They helped replace two dead bushes, mulched our shrubs and and they did a great fall clean up trimming our trees and shrubs. The whole experience was very professional - Garrett came out to do an initial estimate and I was able to pay online. We will be signing up with them for lawn care services next year. Thank you!

Their job for us was aeration, fertilizer and winter seeding. This group was the best. It was nice to work with a good home grown staff. We have a big lawn and they were in and out in no time with a promise to repair any sprinkler damage if it should occur. Positive

Augusta got back to my response for quote quickly and then got me on the schedule quickly for a fall-clean up. Cole and Bryson got the job done thoroughly and were friendly and accommodating in the process!

Garrett and crew hung Christmas lights on 23 trees outside our house. I was impressed with his communication throughout the process. He happily adjusted anything that I asked him to and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. He and the crew did a great job making sure all the lights were evenly spaced.

I have been quite happy with Augusta. They cut my lawn every couple of weeks- are friendly, do great work and are very responsive.

I requested a quote for a client, and the client accepted and put their card on file and waited for the scheduling department to call them to get lawn care started. I was told they would call within 48 hours to get the client scheduled. The scheduling dept. never got back to my client. Its been over 7 days since the quote was accepted. I informed the company via their chat service regarding the situation. Disappointed in the lack of communication from the company. Especially based on the reviews I read and having recommended the company to my clients. Hopefully the company will take note of this slipping through the cracks and will work on improving their follow up on scheduling.
