Had someone come out to do an estimate, was told they would get back to us the next day with the quote. Never received an estimate as promised and when I sent a follow up email I was not responded to either.

The crew did a great job on my spring yard cleanup. I have about 40% lawn and 60% water-wise plants, ornamental grasses, mulch/gravel, and boulders, plus several large trees. Old leaves collect around everything over the winter! My yard looked wonderful when theyd removed the leaves and dead plant material, and trimmed down the ornamental grasses. Its ready for spring.

I received an email today from these guys because its that time of year and realized I never left a review last year! I have a small fenced yard at my condo. Small until I try to pull weeds and it takes forever! I let it go for just a month last summer and had weeds 3 feet high! I saw the review, called them and they were out to my house within a couple of days. Yard looked immaculate!! Now that were a couple of weeks into spring, its looking crazy again so Ill definitely be using them for all my yard needs. Super fast, super friendly and fair prices. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have used Phils Yard Clean-Up. The first time was a couple of years ago, very satisfied with there work. I am kind of crippled up so some yard work is hard for me. Well my yard looked like it did a couple of years ago, so I gave Phils clean up a call. They got rid of a few nuisance trees, got rid of all the weeds, had some old branches I was going to cut up, and bundle for the trash, they hauled them away, and mowed the grass, weed that is my so called lawn, even cut dead branches out of a couple of rose bushes. They went behind, and along side the garage got rid of weeds there. If you need your yard clean, call Phils Yard Clean-Up, they do a fantastic job.

I had a mess that was way too much for my husband and I especially in the extreme heat. We had sumac trees taking over our back yard, weeds in both front and back. I paid the amount quoted or maybe even less, I had the work done last summer and I am just now leaving my review

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I have an enormous and challenging yard with too many different types of unwieldy and established vegetation to list. Phils crew did an OUTSTANDING job taming and beautifying two years of overgrowth. The crew was a joy to work with, and got the whole job done in under 5 hours. My yard has never looked better! From a admin/company standpoint, Phils had great communication, super friendly staff, and easy/understandable billing. Look no further -- you found your landscaping pros. We had this company scheduled to clean our yard a week out, in the meantime I was able to get a different crew out and failed to give as much cancellation notice as I had hoped. I called the morning of to cancel (2.5 prior) and was met with a demanding receptionist who told me that decent people give more notice and because of that they will need to charge me $35 - she also threatened that she knows my address (not sure what this means but it seems threatening). Had she not been so confrontational, I would have paid but I did not sign anything and this was not mentioned when I initially made the appt. Demanding money and threatening people is a good way to get a bad review and the police involved. Im sorry to say that their response below is a lie and total CYA to justify their actions: *This cancellation policy was never mentioned on the phone. *And we scheduled initially only 1 week ago. Im sure this company does great work - unfortunate that they have such an unprofessional receptionist on their front line!

Thank you Shawn and his crew came and jumped right in and trimmed my out of control hedge . They were professional and cleaned up around the work area quickly. Outstanding I was very happy with the service and Im already planning for them for a few more projects

Sean and his crew rototilled and cleaned up our rough yard prep for seed and sod. They were fast and professional and did great work!

We had gone with this group last fall. They did a good job however they were scheduled to come out on Thursday am and didnt come over until the next day then 3 days to do the work..I had to call to find out 3 times.They were not reliable. When they got there they did do a good job. So when I needed more work done I called 3 weeks to schedule an appt. I call Thursday to verify the appt. I wanted to double check what time they were coming.I had 8 AM apointment. I get a call at 745 I get called saying they would be late at 10 am I had a Dr appt at. 1. At 1105 they called and said they would be coming over at 1155 I told them the importance of me leaving for the Dr. .At 1220 I had to leave .So my 3 week in advance appointment was not honored. Apparently Yard services dont have to be professional or reliable. if you can get them at your home good luck.

I could not be more impressed with the work I had done by Phils, and would recommend them for any type of yardwork. I needed some bushes transplanted following detailed specifications and also needed some decorative grasses planted in a very specific landscape pattern. Sean and his crew arrived on time, did the work exactly the way I requested, and completed the work efficiently within the time estimate provided before the work began. I will be using this company in the future, and plan to recommend them to my neighbors.

Just had Sean and his crew do front and backyard clean up. They did a fabulous job with good attention to detail. They were very professional in all ways and the cost was very reasonable. We plan to call them back in the fall for another clean up. We highly recommend them.

This company apparently does not need new customers. I placed a phone call on Tuesday and was assured by the receptionist that I would get a call back in about an hour. I never heard from them. I called again on Wednesday to let them know that no one had returned my call. I was assured that they would take immediate action to make sure that someone would return my call promptly. I never heard from them. I vt is now Thursday afternoon and I have still not heard from them. If you don t want or can t schedule my request for services, you can at least return my call and tell me. Very unprofessional.

Price a little high for retired teacher, but the team of 3 worked quickly and efficiently, finished before anticipated, were courteous and attentive to details and my instructions. Ill use them again.

This company went above and beyond for our yard! My husband works out of town a lot and I just recently had a baby so our yard was severely grown out. We needed help bad. I wasnt expecting anything spectacular. I was expecting to only be able to see above my Frenchie again lol. When I got home from work I was shocked. Phils crew made my front and back yard look like completely new yard. They cleaned up everything and even got in all of the nooks and crannies of our yard. Scheduling the service was extremely easy and they got back to me right away. They were right on time for the service and completed the job in a timely manor. I will be using this company again for all of our future yard needs.

Im a disabled mother with no ability to do yardwork, and my back yard was severely overgrown with weeds. Shamefully overgrown, it was bad... Two gentlemen from Phils came and took care of my serious problem the same day they did the estimate, without any judgement, took half the predicted time to do it and it cost me half of what was estimated. It felt like a miracle to be able to see my back yard again, and being able to watch my child and dog enjoy their space means the world to me. I cannot recommend Phils Yard Clean-Up enough, and will absolutely call them again to help me maintain my outdoor space.

The guys who did extensive work on Spring clean up of perennials, bushes, sod and hard scraping were excellent! They completely performed all the work I requested and were open to making changes and additions I requested. Hard working crew. Prompt and courteous. I will be using this company again.

I was scheduled for an appointment on Sat between 8-4. I stayed home the entire day. They never showed up. They never bothered to call to say they were not going to be able to keep the appointment. Obviously didn t want my business. Negative

Get these guys working for you ASAP! We used Phils for weed knockdown, spraying and cleanup. Very hard working guys and did what was needed to get the job done. They offered the best price and were available to do our property within a few days of accepting their quote. Will use again next year if construction has not begun. Had Rocky and his crew out for some yard clean up today - and they got so much done! Paid for two hours and the crew clean up my front yard and both side yards. They look a million times better and it didnt cost me nearly as much as I thought it would. I cant believe I didnt do this sooner. I am planning on having them out multiple times a year for yard clean-up and planting. Amazing 10/10 would recommend.

Not incredibly impressed with the service for the price that was paid. A lot of yard trimmings were left on my street that I ended up having to sweep up myself after they left.

I called Phils Yard Clean Up service to come and prepare my yard for winter. My fiancé and I recently bought a house and the backyard needed a lot of work. Rocky and his team came in the same day we called and absolutely crushed it. They removed shrubs and bushes, rake leaves and totally readied my yard for winter. Best part, they did it really quickly. I would highly recommend Phils Yard Clean Up to anyone looking to have some yard work done. They are fairly priced and do great work!

Phils Yard Clean-Up is the first time Ive used any type of lawn/yard company, and he is absolutely fantastic. He came out with very short notice (1 day) even though he was very busy with other jobs. I had a massive weeding job, a pile of rubble that needed removed, simple mowing and edging as well. It looks like a new house, he and his team went above and beyond and even cleaned up areas that we didnt ask him to. Im super happy. His pricing is extremely fair, he is responsive, and I cant recommend him enough!

I had an extremely overgrown yard. Others quoted me in the hundreds, due to the amount of overgrown as well as the small gated entrance to the yard. Phils helped me out by doing it much cheaper. He arrived when he said he would, completed the work, and even organized the chairs and grill and such around the yard. I will be definitely using this service more regularly. 10 outta 10.

Called for yard cleanup, Phil said he would be there next day to check & give a quote. Waited 4 days then texted, stated he was sorry he just lost an employee yesterday., however make note that it was 4 days & I had to contact him. Whatever happened to texting & letting people know. He just didnt want to deal with my yard. Im an essential worker & 65 & really needed the help.

Unreliable. I initially posted this review because I hired this company to mow for the summer. They came one time and then missed two weeks due to forgetting one week and a broken windshield one week. Then, they let me know that they couldn t continue because they don t have any other work in my area. After I posted a review, I received the following text from the owner: I think its funny how you dont give us a good review when we take care of your horrible trashy yard but then we cant make it out there because of a windshield getting broken and because it takes more than an hour plus $30 just a drive to your house and you give us a bad review.... we lose money trying to mow your yard... sorry we had to drop you as a customer but we informed you.. sorry if you cant get anyone else but I know thats a lie... cause its halfway through the year and we still get NEW customers... not to mention we are a 2 man business were not a huge company... take better care of your yard and maybe you would be able find someone easier. Grow up with your childish attitude and bad review.. My yard does look like trash right now but it s definitely because I hired this unreliable company to mow it. And now got this text in response to updating my review. Ill make sure to post how horrible your yard looked before and how much better it looked after.. I have before and after pictures.... youll look ridiculous online congratulations.
