NaturaLawn of America in Denver

I've been paying this company $57/mo for a monthly fertilizer treatment (non-winter months) for my postage stamp of a yard since 2020. The last treatment was done before sprinklers are typically turned on and it appeared to burn the lawn. I called before the next treatment to discuss this and the woman who answered immediately started shouting and talking over me, saying it's a disease and couldn't possibly be too much fertilizer put down on dry winter grass. She wouldn't even discuss investigating the issue. She did not take any responsibility for the fact that whatever this problem is, I've hired them to help maintain the health of my lawn since 2020, and this is NOT a healthy lawn. She was more interested in taking her bad day out on me rather than talking through possible solutions. I don't appreciate this kind of belligerent bullying, and I'm certainly not going to take it from someone I'm paying for a service. Unprofessional is an understatement. You've lost another customer.

I have been using NaturaLawn of America now for a couple of years. My lawn has never looked better. Everyone is very professional and quick to respond to my concerns and questions. I have also received excellent advice of how to make improvements to my lawn based upon the conditions in Colorado.

We've been using NaturaLawn for 15+ years, and on 3 different houses. Our initial need was after two services couldn't get the lawn of our newly built house to grow in well, plus we wanted a service that was eco-friendly since we have dogs and children. It took the lawn 2 years to fully recover and grow in well. Since then, it has been dense and luscious. We continued to use them and are now in a rebuilt house with a yard that had not been maintained for a couple decades by the previous owner. Our soil is mostly clay, which is terrible for growing anything. Now in our second year, the seeded portion of the lawn (70% of the plot) looks as good as the turf that was installed. I attribute the seeded success to NaturaLawn, and I know our lawn will continue to flourish for years to come. I highly recommend this service, but be patient. There is no magic to making grass grow quickly (unless you sod!), but the long-term investment in NaturaLawn's products and process will be well worth it.

Today as I walked my dog ,I witnessed a “Natural Lawn” technician spreading fertilizer and telling his customer it was OK to spread granular fertilizer on the lawn, despite the fact the lawn was still 20% covered with snow. This will not work. It is not okay to fertilize over snow and ice. Especially when you consider this company claims to be “eco friendly”. What a joke!!!! This incident happened on South Franklin directly across from South High School on Franklin St. In Denver. Obviously they are more concerned about making money than doing the right thing.

Ive been using NaturaLawn Denver for about 5 years now. Service is consistently stellar. The technicians that provide services are professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They always spend time walking around your yard, addressing your questions, and pointing out area of concerns - all without making you feel rushed. Their business practices are solid, customer service fantastic, and reliability strong - which can be questionable in this business with other service providers. This is a company you can count on.

My husband and I have two small children and as a result we have been neglecting our yard for the last few years. We began using NaturalLawn of America last fall and have already seen a tremendous difference. All employees are professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for anyone struggling with lawn maintenance.

We had a terrible issue with Necrotic rings and literally tried every landscaping technique (and a couple different companies) to repair. It wasn't until we started using Naturalawn of America-Denver nearly seven years ago that the disease disappeared and our lawn has never looked better! Courteous, reliable, punctual, affordable and the results speak for themselves! We'll never change and can't recommend Naturalawn of America-Denver highly enough!

I have been a customer of Naturalawn of America for over 5 years. Great service - always calls the day before application to make sure there is no conflicts and is very flexible. Great knowledge- have always addressed any problems they see each time they do an application or come out within a day if I have seen something I think may be a problem. Good Company - have recommended them to all my friends as my lawn has looked great since becoming a customer.
