Hi all! Victor & Melvin and their crew just left our home, and I am so happy! We had the one of the largest cottonwood trees in our neighborhood, and over the years, it had gotten to be in pretty bad shape. Many of you know how costly it can be to have a tree like this removed. These men gave us a fair price, got the job done excellently, and also did some much needed yard clean up. I am not sure how many trailers it took to get rid of the remainder of that tree and also the waste that had built up in our yard over the years, but I bet they could tell you! This is the best part - these guys were on time for everything. They were on time for the initial quote, they were on time when the job was to begin, and they accurately estimated how long they would need to complete the work. They also communicated with us every step of the way, and addressed every single concern we had. If you are looking for the kind of people who do business the old fashioned way, then I definitely recommend these guys. They are hard-working, competent, pleasant men. I called them to come out for a quote. They showed up on time and gave me a detailed quote of everything I wanted along with some advice in a couple areas. Couple days later I called back because we needed to make a couple changes so they came out for a second quote which we agreed to. After signing the contract, they showed up as promised and worked every day until the job was complete and finished on time. I was very satisfied with their work and their communication.

I had a great experience with Victor & his crew at The Fisherman Landscaping & Lawncare! They worked on my property to get the front & back yards ready for spring. They raked, mowed, trimmed, edged, aerated, seeded & fertilized. They had so many different machines Im not really sure what they did! Then they planted 6 (35 gallon) trees. They dug holes the appropriate size, they used soil prep (dirt here is all clay & all the trees the builder planted died because they did it cheaply and just put the poor trees in the clay), they installed metal edging & mulch, and they were very careful not to disrupt the current underground sprinkler/drip system. Ive had some horrible experiences in the past and I can assure you that theyve got game! Very honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional, showed up on time and didnt stop until the job was done (unlike my last landscaper that would desert me every time he got a bigger better deal). Absolutely beyond happy with the way our back yard turned out. Victor and Melvin go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They very quick to respond to any questions we had. We first emailed them about getting a quote late in the night and they were out they next morning to look at the property. When Melvin arrived, we really felt he understood our vision and was very knowledgeable in the things that could be done. They were able to start on the project very quickly and finished just as fast. I really loved working with VICTOR! He came out and gave a fair bid, he followed up with his crew and came on site to double check that the job was done well. His crew was reliable and very competent. They didn t cut corners and when I saw something that I didn t Think was fully completed, I mentioned it and Victor sent out his guys the next day to fix it. Very honest, very hard-working! Moises was a very capable strong working guy and I appreciate all that he did to make our yard look nice. They redid a rock path for us, replaced some edging, buried exposed sprinkler pipes, general yard, cleanup, some basic Sprinkler Repair, put new bark around our flowerbeds and added rock around areas that needed new rock.

We had an issue with our sprinkler that was a simple fix. He could have quoted an expensive repair but gave us a fair price for a simple fix. They also created a flagstone path and improved our drainage. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They are now my go to landscaper.

I was shopping quotes to remove my artificial turf, level the ground, and install a retaining wall + pavers to create a usable patio space. Out of all the landscapers I spoke to, Victor was the most transparent and responsive to my needs - he came out to view the space, sent me pictures of materials, and quoted me a competitive and fair price. His crew was efficient, but didn t cut any corners. They provided great communication throughout the process to confirm details like drainage and spacing between the pavers. I couldn t recommend these guys enough - great value, customer service, and quality of work.

After we completed budget-level home addition, the construction process left our backyard in horrible condition basically an uneven eyesore of dried mud. I m huge on DIY but I desperately needed help. With our bank account still hurting from that project, I needed a simple xeriscape to help give me a head start in reviving my patio/yard and I m so glad I went with The Fishermen. We contacted Victor to do some grading and rock installation on our side yard, and to put in a few posts for our patio lighting. From the beginning, he was responsive and punctual. After meeting with us to discuss our project and what we were looking for, he quickly came up with an estimate and was able to schedule us for about a week out. When the day came for the project work to be performed, he and his team arrived when they said they would, did the work they said they would, and for the amount that they said they would do it for. By the time they left later that day, the project was complete, everything was tidied up and looked exactly like what we were hoping for. What more can you ask for? They were able to accommodate a last minute change request from us and kept us in the loop when it came to making aesthetic decisions, including purchase of materials. We are very pleased with the outcome and would use his company again without hesitation.

20-year in landscape business with 105 reviews is very questionable. 20-year in landscape business should have thoussands of reviews at least. Its workers were cool and hardworking people. The owner is scammer; everything seems superb sketchy which included poor quality, poor value, not professional, and last but least is not responsive. Good lucks to those whol trust him.

They were here exactly at the time we arranged, no hour window time frame! I wanted the grass/weeds ;) removed, a 4 ft pathway, rock border to match my existing rock work and mulch so I can plant flowers in the spring! Victor is amazing. He is very professional, does a great job, is consistent and on time, and my yard has never looked better. My yard is always the greenest and best maintained in the neighborhood. Victor was very nice, professional, and with the weather we have been having lately got me on the schedule timely. He completed the job when he said it would be done. Victor and his guys did a great job. They were on time. They did the work we wanted, including new stone edging. When the landscape supply company didnt have the right stones, Victor made sure we got another similar kind by hand picking them. The yard is beautiful and the new drip line is great. We will recommend them to neighbors and friends. 5/27-- update: and there was a small problem with a couple of the sprinkler heads and Victor came back today to switch them out and re-adjust them. We have worked with this company a few times to help us with a yard when we moved to a new home. They helped with weed, tree and bush removal as well as mulching. Most recently we had a tree fall. He came out immediately the same day to help us chop and remove the tree. They showed up within 2 hours of me contacting them and had it removed two hours later! It was such a relief. They work hard and are a very respectful fair business. I will be calling them again for all of my landscape and yard maintenance needs

Victor was amazing to deal with and helped adjust our sprinkler system to be more efficient and provide better coverage. He came out to take a look at our project the same afternoon we first called him, conducted the repair exactly when scheduled, and came back out a few weeks later to make a few more adjustments. We ll be using them for our future landscaping projects.

Working with Victor and The Fisherman LLC was wonderful. He is incredibly professional and is easy to work with. He created a true masterpiece for us and we are so happy we were referred to work with Victor. Victor helped us with our entire backyard landscaping from stamped concrete in our backyard, to installing our stamped concrete along our backyard walkway in our side yard, to our concrete curbing, our sprinkler installation, lawn installation, placing our river rock throughout, installing 8 drains in our backyard to allow for proper drainage, and also helped us build a retaining wall to give our young daughter a separate play space to play with her playground and sandbox. Victor is hard working, reliable, trust worthy and someone I would recommend to anyone. First off, I would say Victor was the best communicator of all the contractors I have worked with. Email or phone or text he was quick to reply. This was one of my most needed qualities in a landscape company. Second was the quality of work. He would listen to my needs and requirements, and always provide his best solutions. For example the last minute addition of trees. In a few hours he already had the trees at the house and ready to install. His crew completed our landscaping by not wasting anytime to get started. He also made suggestions over the design we had which ended up being better than the designer. He planned the concrete day accordingly and got the best sub contractors. Payment was done in instalments until the last day of completion which was good with me. Would use Victor again!
