Steven came to our house today for our first treatment with GrassRoots’s….I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience regarding my questions….he was very kind and courteous!!!
Stephen does a fantastic job of taking care of our lawn with Grassroots Turf. He always shows up on time and is always very willing to talk when my wife or I have questions. He's proactive in taking notice of areas where there are problems,, collecting samples, and getting feedback from his main office and other support channels. Then he follows up with the recommended treatment and instructions for us to use. We much appreciate him! The included photos are of some trouble areas that we called him about. He came over the next day. He provided a fungal application and instructions on how to manage it moving into the dormancy period through the winter.
Steven was very friendly and informative he spent several minutes with answering my questions and listening to my instructions on making sure the gate latches when leaves to protect my dog.
I missed Stephan last time he was here, but I was home today. Very pleased, polite, young man that took the time to explain information about length of grass and time of year as well as telling me what he did today in my yard. I have no way else to say it, except I am very pleased with his professionalism.
Grassroots Turf is the most responsible Lawn and Yard Management system/Company that we have ever dealt with. They are outstanding with attention to detail and work ethic. Your yard will be much better with their knowledgeable guidance. Their teach Stephen that services our property is an encyclopedia of information on how to care for all of your yard, not just grass. He is outstanding.
Stephen did a great job. Grass looks good; however, there is a distinguishable difference in color in the front lawn between 1/2 of the lawn and the other half of the lawn. This existed before Stephen came and put the initial application down. I would love to get Stephen’s opinion on why there is a difference in coloration, however
Stephen is great! He is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge. He knows names of funguses! I only know something is wrong. He knows what is wrong. I am very happy with Stephen and Grass Roots, I even added the tree and shrub spraying and fertilizing package to the grass package. They have a lot of work to care for my weed infested lawn and buggy and fungus filled trees and shrubs! Thank you Stephen and Grass Roots!

My yard was a ton of weeds and a little bit of grass and after only one month of treatment the grass is making a healthy comeback! I still have bare spots but it is coming along beautifully!

Stephen has been doing an excellent job and we are seeing results as it is working. The weeds are dying. The only thing is that with the dying weeds it leaves bald spots. However this can be fixed with sod grass seed etc. The grass is very green and thick in all the good areas.

GrassRoots came and treated our landscaping a month ago and we are noticing incredible improvements already. We had a sooty mold infestation that completely dulled almost half of our $$$ landscaping and it s already gone. Our plants are looking right just in time for new spring growth! They were professional and knowledgeable and I can t wait to see how much our yard continues to improve every month with their services.

Stephen has done a great job of improving our lawn. He knows a heck of lot more on what our lawn needs than I do. I trust him when he tells me something about any issues. My neighbors have commented on how good our lawn looks.

Three and a half stars. Been treating lawn for 2 yrs and condition has improved. Staff is reliable. Always call before treatments. Treatments are every other month. Great job on ants. Control of various weeds seems to be a challenge. 6-8 weeks between applications allows weeds to pop up and get stablished. Some hard wood weeds seems to be immune to the treatments. Cost seems to be a little high per year.

Weeds were killing me & my grass! I was in my yard constantly pulling weeds, convinced I had gotten all the roots, but they always came back!!! My friend told me to call Grass Roots WOW!! I am so excited!!! The man that serviced my yard told me what weeds I had (even showed them to me so I could identify them). He said if I see more of them in the future to call & they would return & do another treatment. I am so pleased! My yard & grass looks wonderful. I am so happy to be rid of these unwanted weeds!!!
After a major flood in August of 2016 we had an unmanageable population of dollar weed, clover, and other sticker producing invaders. We care for our property and lawn and try to maintain healthy grass and tried for several years to get rid of the invasive weeds. My wife would even hand pluck some of these things that spread like spider webs. We heard about grass roots and got a quote which was affordable and decided to give them a try. I was amazed after the first week that the weeds were wilting away. It is our second month and the picture I am posting tells the story. Our grass in the foreground is thick and lush and there is a distinctive line that shows our neighbors untreated yet cared for lawn in contrast to our lush green grass cared for by Grassroots.
I m shocked at how much better my lawn looks today compared to last summer. It was most clear in the spring when clover was taking over adjacent lawns but our grass was thick, lush and green without any clover in sight. I highly recommend GrassRoots for a beautiful yard.
