Nightmare on Landscape in Deltona

I called this company and they gave me the same quote some other company's did so I told them to come out because I had just had my daughter early and she had been in nicu and my lawn got behind. They came out with the same mower I have at home that I literally told them my lawn was to thick to go through with that and left long grass cut all over my yard and patches of long grass and when I asked him why my yard looked like that after them knowing I have a newborn in here and them ringing my doorbell and waking her he said my grass was long. Well I know I'm the one who told you that and I'm also the one who said my push mower wouldn't make it through the correct way because it was thick but you wanted to try so you could get the money instead of just saying you couldn't do it so to me that's not good business . When I told him it could of been bagged he basically said it would take him a hour to rake it all up... that he would have to come back tomorrow and I said the same way you were suppose to be here yesterday and didn't come til today... I'm just not happy with this company and know I could of done a better job for a couple dollars in gas and some of my time and there suppose to do better being a lawn company. Rant over!
