Really can’t say enough good things about the wonderful crew Augusta provided us with. Lucas, Anika, Trey and Luca provided such quality work and really worked hard for the entire project. Would highly recommend Augusta for all aspects of lawn and garden care!
Horrible. Fraudulent, and will breach any quote or contract. Overcharged and billed me for 10 hours of work when employees were on site for 4 hours. Andrew, the manager, lied and stated the crew were on site for 10 hours and had to do a dump run afterward. When I advised him this was not the case, and to adjust the quote (after being assured this would be done on site), he failed to do so even after I sent CCTV screenshots of his workers arrival and departure. I was provided two quote between $500-800, depending on the work required on two separate occassions for 8 hours of work. I was billed over $1,000 for four hours of labor and half the work. Andrew has refused to refund, instead choosing to be blatantly dishonest. To boot, their online platform does not allow you to delete your credit card. I have requested they do this several times with no response. It is regrettable that this business would forfeit a potential lifelong customer to rip me off several hundred dollars. Stay away. Find someone honest and reliable.
A year and a half ago I began the search for weekly lawn service and monthly yard cleanup at our home in Tsawwassen. It didn’t start off well with many local companies not showing up for estimates while others showed very little interest in doing the work. After failed attempts at getting a company to provide regular, consistent and quality service…a friend suggested that I reach out to the team at Augusta Lawn Care. What a great referral that was!!! They promptly surveyed our property and provided a detailed maintenance/cleanup strategy and proposed schedule. The pricing quote that accompanied the schedule was EXTREMELY competitive. In fact..of the companies who did respond..they were the best quote. While this was nice…but it isn’t always just about price for me. I want reliable and quality service. These guys delivered, just that!! They are always on time and on schedule. The team works so hard and they are so professional. Our yard looks amazing and we are getting the best price in town! I couldn’t ask for more. Today.:.before their scheduled service I had reached out to the team to let them know that we were having a big family event this weekend and verified the service for this week. Normally I wouldn’t even think twice…but thought I would just given the importance of the event we were hosting..that I would make sure we were on the same page. As usual I had a prompt reply..everything was confirmed and they even wished us a successful dinner party. When Augusta showed up, they were in typical top form. Rhet was providing the service and I noticed that he seemed to be going above and beyond what they normally do…which is strange because they normally leave the yard looking amazing. This young man worked SO HARD.. making sure everything looked perfect. Things I wasn’t even expecting them to do…he was doing. He left us with a yard that looked impeccable and one that we will be proud to share with our guests when they arrive for our summer evening dinner party. His professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and it motivated me to write this review and share with everyone…how amazing this company is!! Exactly what you are looking for when it comes to lawn care. Previous companies I have had to chase them down with no shows, over inflated billing and other issues. These guys are 100% reliable, friendly and my lawn has never looked better. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Best lawn on the block! Make sure you get the spring extras- aerate, lime and fertilize. Summer and winter fert recommended as well. Dont think it is an accident that the critters have not dug up our lawn like the neighbours
