Mike, the technician, contacted me by phone before he arrived at my home. He did an exterior service although he offered to spray inside if needed. In addition to spraying, Mike cleaned the cobwebs inside and outside of our screened lanai. After the service, Josh, a Hometown representative, rang our doorbell to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to deal with both Mike and Josh. They confirmed our decision to use Hometown for pest control.

After a brief call to Hometown, this morning Joshua drove from Wellington, to Boca Raton, to address my rodent problem. He quickly assessed my existing bait stations and the surrounding neighborhood. Seems Im providing rodent control for the entire immediate neighborhood. So be it! Joshua refilled the stations and assured me they will continue to be responsive to our pest control needs. I just had an excellent experience with Hometown Pest Control that did not start out that way. Due to a miscommunication error, I waited at my home for an afternoon for a visit that did not happen. I notified the company and was put in contact with Joshua, manager. Joshua was friendly and helpful and did everything he could do to make the situation right. I ended up as a happy customer and will use this company again in the future.

Joshua was great today, I did not see he called me 5 times because on iPhones, if you have a feature that sends unwanted or unknown caller feature on with all scam calls today, I missed all his calls. Alternate tech came as David had called us all yesterday saying her would not be here today but again, another call that got stopped by the silence unknown caller feature. Joshua got in touch with David who was coming back from PBG and he came right away to get rest of job done. Just a thought, if you have techs and callers dont give you their number to put in your contact list, they will always go to a bucket of silence unknown caller bucket. With all the spam calls today most iPhone or android phones have this feature and if your customers have it on, they will not be able to contact your customer. Otherwise, Joshua got right back to me after my call to the office and had David finish up job. Great Customer Service

Salesman was too large to get all the way in my attic. He promised spraying 3 ft up and 3 ft out. The one who came ran out of spray after 1 minute and went back to the truck to get a small jug of crystals. He put just a few down in the back of my house and pretended that would take care of the problem. That was not what I expected. I canceled the contract within 3 days because the ants did not stop or since then. I have been harassed by the company since. UPDATE: Todd called and apologized and took off the invoice. I live in a condo with HOA rules that deal with Hometown, so I saw a few pests and put in a request for services. The Hometown technician, Marcos Balbuena, came the very next day and gave my condo a treatment. Marcos was very pleasant to talk to and performed his job very well. I also talked to Jeannie on the phone and she explained how the contract for our association was. She was very helpful and informative.

I requested an off-schedule visit to meet my needs. Also, I had spotted those small sugar ants in my bathroom. Michel came. He was so polite and also cave my some good advice to run hot water periodically in my tub (since it s rarely used).

Justo was extremely helpful in addressing issues on our property. He had suggestions and solutions to help going forward.

Willie did a good job and was very friendly. He asked great questions.

So thorough, we have minimal browning! Again, Justo was very professional and knowledgeable of what was going on with our lawn. I would just like to thank Andres for his dedication to his work. Recently, I had an issue with our Christmas palm trees in our backyard. I submitted a work order and Andres immediately sent me a text message and said he was on his way. Outstanding service. We discussed the issues and he explained everything he was going to do. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to get the job done. A week later he sent me a text to ask how the trees were doing. I often see him diligently working around the lake in our backyard. A big thanks for having such an excellent employee.

I ve been using Hometown Pest Control for the last 10 years, and I ve never had any complaints. They are very responsive if in need of service outside of your scheduled times for spot treatments. My technician, Willie is fabulous and very communicative.

Weve used Hometown since weve been in Florida...just recently had a horrific sugar ant invasion...David Leon (Hometown) was SO thorough and didnt miss one little corner...he sent those pesky sugar ants packing!! In fairness, every single one of the Hometown crew that weve dealt with have been fabulous...but David really went above and beyond today and took care of our infestation problem thoroughly and in short order!

We have been using Home Town Pest Control for almost 8 years now if not a little bit longer. When it started, they was timely and conscientious. The last couple of years service began to waiver. They were not consistently coming to the house, they were not coming in the house, unless I called and argued for it. We were about to change service when Justo, our new technician became involved. Our grass has excessive weeds and they were no longer coming inside my house to do service. He has remedied that situation. We have started a new plan with him, and he has been conscientious and helpful. We look forward to continued good service again. We are very pleased with Justo s attention to our situation.
