Disappointing Experience with Wilson Management: A Review from a Kings Point Owner. My experience with Wilson Management has been profoundly unsatisfactory. Their inability to communicate effectively, provide assistance when needed, and demonstrate basic customer service skills has made them a liability rather than an asset to Kings Point. As an owner and a professional in the field, I strongly urge for improvements or reconsideration of their management services.

We are having an emergency a pipe has been flooding our building for hours and Danny Wilson and staff are not responsive to our calls for help. Nobody is coming after hours of water shooting out of pipe and many calls.

For the amount of HOA monthly fees are expensive and the renters are bringing the value of the homes down. Wilson management cannot keep up with the dumping process looks like a junk yard. They are not screening the renters. They are allowing LLC to buy up our community and make it into a section 8 community. There is no security the lawn maintenance is terrible for 350 a month to cut the grass and trim our expensive bushes. There excuse is not enough people to have a quorum. Meanwhile most of the owners live in Canada and up north. Dont care because they rent there places. So while the owners live in the community are very unhappy. They are always changing their bylaws because they have no budget. No rules tenants are parking on the grass. Not putting dogs on leashes, and not picking up after their pets. People do not obey nor care about the speed limit. Children cannot ride their bikes without someone yelling at them. Trash everywhere in the parking lots the recycling bins are over packed people are not breaking down boxes. Very lazy other outsiders contractors are using our sites for dumping there drywall, toilets, cabinets etc. Oh the best are the painters throwing there used paint outside of there vehicles where paint is open and gets all over our parking lot and sidewalks. Police are always driving to the back of our community and we dont know why. This is a bad mess that just keeps getting worse.
