We have 2 dogs that are 60+ lbs and they love to run and play. All of that activity results in a muddy path on our pool deck and constant cleaning of floors. Aaron met with us, discussed options, and provided suggestions. We selected a 1” turf. Ari, the lead installer showed up on the scheduled day with his crew and were professional, polite, and put up with all of my questions and queries. After more than a decade and about 3 sod replacements in our small backyard area over the years due to dollar weeds, other weeds, grubs, & moles, we finally had enough! Our newest family member, our GSD Milo needs a place in our backyard where he can do his business without becoming "Mr Muddy Paws" after. So, after a couple quotes with some local artificial turf companies, we signed with Big Dogs Artificial Turf. From the initial meeting/quote to the installation just a couple weeks later, Big Dogs has been A+ with us. Aaron, the owner, came to do the initial meeting & free quote. He explained everything and compared what he offers vs. what everyone else offers, and all the pros & cons of each product. He's very knowledgeable, professional, straightforward & honest, and actually offered a very high quality product at an excellent, cost-effective price. Not only did we get about 375 sq ft of decent quality artificial turf from Big Dogs, but Aaron also included some nice slate rock for our front walkway area as well and on a small portion in back; again, it was all done at thousands of dollars less than what the other companies charge. So, this was a no-brainer for us, and Aaron and his crew made us feel we made the right choice. In fact, he even came the 2nd (and final) day of the installation to help his crew from 8:30AM until they were done at 2:30PM. Aaron and his team totally transformed our backyard. He was knowledge, professional, and explained their process in detail. We love the barefoot backyard and mud-free dog play. Big Dogs Turf redid our entire backyard in artificial grass. They did a fantastic job! The yard is beautiful, so easy to keep clean and has become a fun space we can finally use. Having the fake grass makes a huge impact on the amount of bugs. We can finally enjoy the outdoors in South Florida!
Aaron and his team did a fantastic job installing turf in an area under a large tree where the grass never grew and the kids couldn t play from all the dirt that was there. Just got off the phone with this company because I want to get artificial turf for my dogs in a small area. Unfortunately, they can t do it because it s too small of an area but he was extremely helpful with telling me in detail of what I need to do and the products that I need to use so I can save money and do it myself !
