Citywide Lawn Care in Delaware

CityWide Lawncare is great! The first time I used their services I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews, but I'm glad I decided to call them and have them take care of my lawn! My lawn looks amazing now and I highly recommend their services. They're really responsive and always on time with their work, it's amazing.

I've used City Wide Lawn Care for years. I know that the snow fall can be rough as depending on when it falls and how much can leave them behind. Welcome to life. Their team has always been there for us as a non condo owner. I've had my driveway cleared, yard taken care of. And looking at getting them this summer to redo my whole back yard. For the people who complained. There are a lot of companies out there called "City Wide" so please make sure you are reviewing the right one. Secondly, if your in a condo, you will need to bring this up with the condo board as they are the one's who write the contracts. It's like any job. If I'm told not to do something I won't. However if it's in the contract I have to.

Dont even deserve one star, by far the worst landscape company, stay away unless you want your lawns to be ruined. And vehicles too. I have complained along with many other home owners in the condo I live in. They take no action to solve any of their mess ups. The winter is the same joke. Honestly the worst job anyone in Canada would do that I have witnessed. I'm at the point I made a video today showing the sloppy job they do and want to post so others see and prove that citywide is the worst in Canada

If I icould give less then one star I would. My condo Corp currently has a contract with city wide. They have always been sparatic as far as when they decide to show up and who they choose to send but at least got the work done. That is until this year. I begged workers to trim up a tree in front of my unit and was informed they were no longer doing it as they arent paid to in their contract. I was shocked and sympathetic and thanked them for the explanation. The very next week they decided to chop down my front gardens with a weed Wacker. Well over $100 in plants gone in seconds. I am talking about a rock lined mulched garden. You would have to be blind to see it wasn't an intentional garden. I made a complaint and was told someone would reach out to me. Of course they never did. I tried contacting the company myself who refuses to answer emails reguarding the situation. This was a month ago and still no word. Go outside today to find my backyard veggie garden half hacked down!!!! No tomato's cucumbers or watermelons for my family this year thanks to some random dude that apparently can't tell the difference between weeds and a garden. Now I have made a second complaint this time through the property management company. Waiting on a response and currently infuriated. Between the money spent and time wasted growing many of these plants from seeds. My son who grew everything for the veggie garden is heartbroken and I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Topping on the cake. I have two friends who just dug up and completely replanted lawns. Well this past week they decided to come while it was pouring digging giant holes in these brand new lawns. They also decided despite telling me they aren't responsible for trimming trees to hack down my neighbours tree killing baby Cardinals and taking out a nest in the process. A tree she didn't want cut. A tree that wasn't even half the size of mine and easy for her to maintain unlike mine... This company is unreliable, sparatic, and obviously completely uneducated on the difference between flowers/gardens and weeds which just shouldn't be the case for a landscaping company.

Our Condo Corp. has been contracting with Citywide for almost 8 years. We have found them to give good value for our dollar and any minor hiccups have been quickly and satisfactorily resolved by contacting Leroy the president who quickly appears on site to discuss and resolve the issue(s) to our total satisfaction. We plan to seek an extension to the existing contract when it expires.
