Came into our gated community today, no idea how you got access through security, and put your advertisements on properties which are now blowing all over the streets after a storm. Please do not come into our gated community to Solicit in this manner as trash is now all over the place. This is such a terrible way to solicit business (which is forbidden in our community and most gated communities as well!)

I was frustrated with the condition of my lawn and areas of brown spots until Fredo Muniz, Field Trainer visited my home. It stemmed from my irrigation system that needed adjusting and repositioning. Mr. Muniz years of experience and expertise allowed him to immediately identify the issue. We both discussed an action plan and increasing the watering time for each zone was one example. Mr. Muniz treated me with dignity and respect while remaining professional and courteous. I wish him continued success and growth with Pioneer Pest Services. Aug. 3, 2024 Job well done!

Dakota is a fantastic technician. He goes up and beyond every time he is servicing my home. If I had any questions, he is quick to respond and act accordingly I am so pleased with Dakota. However, last month, I had a question concerning my auto pay withdrawal. I called the office before I continue. Let me say I ve been in customer service supervisory role for 25 years. This girl that answered the phone was, let s put it this way, either she was having a bad day or she absolutely hates her job. Monotone, didn t give her name and when I asked for it, she refused. She was very short with me on the phone and I felt pushed off. I did get my question answered, but it was not a good experience
