After having terrible experiences and service from one of their biggest national chain competitors, I was very reluctant to use another service. However, I spoke with Michael and I was convinced they would meet my needs at a very fair price. They also honored my 20-year military service. Their claim to quality customer service is right on point. They were willing to listen and answer questions and there was no pressure to close the deal. I feel confident that I will add services as needed, based on my experience thus far. Dont waste your time getting unrealistic quotes from other services. Youll just end up doing what I did; calling Willis Lawn Services.

I visited their website on multiple occasions to schedule a phone call so I could discuss weed control, and each scheduled time slot was ignored. I even confirmed the details by someone with the name Alicia Cox, and no one bothered to call me back. If you cant commit to a reserved time slot, then you lose my business fast.

The technician was kind, courteous and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the lawn chemicals and also advised me not to have the pre-emergent applied to the area of my yard that is awaiting sod installation. If he DID spray that area, I would experience some problems with the sod not taking hold. I appreciated him sharing that very important information.

Too expensive to be seeing weeds and picking them but hand and still going behind them with Scotts weed and feed

Theyre good. They will come out and check on the lawn if you have any questions. Thisbyrar has been fairly rough trying to get the lawn to green uo and may have been cooler spring. They had come out to take care weeds in a spot treatment, but weirdly, the grass took a bigger hit than the weeds. Hopefully, it picks up with the first dose of fertilizer.

Willis has been great! Ive signed up with them last year towards the end of the season, and already the results are impressive (you do have to put in the work on your end also). Theyre not your typical pay-by-spray service and will come out to spot-treat if you have any issues thruout the year. The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly and take time to explain things. Front office staff is also great. Overall, Im very impressed! They also have a Facebook page thats private for members, where the owner shares his tips and tricks and members can ask questions.

When we met they were very professional so we felt that it was time to try them after having used another service for 18 years. Willis has been very responsive and have been professional both in their approach to business as well as their staff when servicing our yard.

I called Friday and they went over what they do in the annual plan, the price was reasonable and they said the work is Guaranteed or your money back so i went ahead and paid for it, they showed up the next day and sprayed my yard, its been 2 days and the weeds are already dieing, so far im impressed because ive tried a few treatments on my own and they havent worked. Definitely looking forward to what my yard looks like in a few months of them taking care of it.

Willis is a great company. This is my first year to not spray my own lawn. After last year, my lawn got away from me and I got overtaken by weeds I couldn t get rid of. I signed up with Willis in the fall and I haven t seen a weed since. The spray techs are extremely professional, you get a notification BEFORE they come spray so you can be ready or reschedule, and they have several different payment plans. Also, easy online bill pay when the time comes. I ve had zero issues or hassle since I ve started. I d highly recommend Willis.

After learning that there is a problem with army worms in our area, we were told by several neighbors that Willis was/would treat them. We called to get on the schedule but were told that they arent treating for these pests right now but are looking to do so in the future which is not what several of our neighbors have told us. I would assume since we are not an existing customer, instead of telling us no, you arent a customer they would tell us that is something they dont treat (some would call that a LIE). Oddly enough, they posted on a local Facebook page a couple days ago that they did treat for them.

Willis has been absolutely amazing with their customer service, timeliness, professionalism, and quality. We will never use another company for lawn care again. We no longer have weeds, have never had to call them back out, and our grass looks healthy. They always come when they say they will, and are a great value. We are so thankful that we switched to Willis a few years ago. The difference is night and day. They ve also helped us fix a leak, program, and winterize our sprinklers. What a great company!

I used these guys at a couple of corporate office locations and they did a superb job. They really captured the fell we wanted with our landscaping. Not only were they great at the landscaping, but were proactive in notifying us of problems with the sprinkler systems or other parts of the lawn they werent originally involved with when the buildings were built.
