We had a good experience with Lopez Lawns last year and are grateful to have them back again this year... very pleased that they serve St. Charles County. They cut our lawn and 2 of my neighbor's lawns very quickly and efficiently. Communication has been impressive. They notify us when it's too wet to cut, after they've treated weed patches, or when any other out-of-the-norm scenario occurs. They've advised on sprinkler control and watering to ensure thick, healthy grass and even helped relocate a juvenile snake from our lawn to wherever they dump clippings. I appreciate that their timing is predictable so I can plan important calls and dog bathroom breaks around when they'll be over. Our lawn care package includes fertilization, weed treatment and mosquito control (storm drain in our back yard = standing water & mosquitos.) We have no weeds and our mosquito situation has improved. Lopez will skip cuts in the heat of summer when the grass growth slows and we don't need a trim. While this means they don't get paid for a week, it certainly has locked in a long-term customer. You can tell which lawns in our neighborhood Lopez treats, love the sharp lines, thick blades and deep green... highly recommend.

Lopez lawn has gone above and beyond to help this southwest family adjust to Midwest living. They provide high quality lawn care services, are timely, and always respond to questions and concerns within minutes. Randy has been a joy to work with and I highly recommend calling him.

Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend wasting your time contacting them. Terrible communication. They don’t need the business, it seems. In response to this business’s reply: You told me the crew would be there between 2pm and 6pm. I went to the house to unlock the gate at 9am. At 12:45, you responded that the crew came by and the gate was locked. It had been unlocked since 9am. You then stated the crew came by early. I told you the night before that I would have to go to the property to unlock the gate. Since you gave me a window of 2-6, unlocking the gate at 9am should have been plenty of time. I live 30 mins from the property. So I wasted an hour in the car with my infant. So, you changed the time of service without notifying me and then when I asked you to return, you stated you wouldn’t be available again until NEXT Thursday. How is that good customer service? Thank you for the apology, but you should have made it right by mowing my lawn on the day you said you would.

Amateurish quality of mowing my lawn. Scalped area where mower set way to low, left large clumps of cut grass all over the yard, uneven mowing that put grooves in the grass and patches of uncut grass. Seems like they are in such a hurry to move on they do a sloppy job.

I used Lopez L&L for the first time this year. After two weeks of them aerating, over seeding and fertilizing my yard, you could really tell the difference. New grass came up and my yard looked great. They showed up on time and did a great job. Will use again next year!
