Great company. Totally recommend them. And if you have a diesel truck that need fixing. Ask for gayland..

I’ll start with the good. We disputed an extra charge for a tree we didn’t want and they took care of that. They also did a good job on our sprinkler system and the curbing around our yard turned out well. Now for the bad. We have lived in our house 2 years. They put sod in the front yard and hydro seeded the back yard. Neither has flourished and drainage has been an issue. This spring we decided we have done everything we could think of to improve it and it was time for professional help. Inspections were done and soil samples were taken. Turns out the front yard (which was sod) has less than an inch of top soil under it and the back yard, that was hydro seeded, has basically no top soil. It is just hard packed fill dirt. This explains why water just runs off and pools, the grass hadn’t rooted, and the entire backyard was rock hard. I would not recommend this company. I thought using the builders landscaper would ensure a higher level of workmanship, but unfortunately that was not the case.

Driving Through Deerpark G&S landscaping crew was along side the road weedeating and leaf blowing, as I passed by a rock flew up and chipped my windshield. I went back and talked with the gentleman he Gave me his bosses info I contacted them and within minutes Scott had it taken care of! Thank you for owning up and taking care of my windshield no questions asked.

Terrible work sprinklers installed do not work, the grass that they apparently planted was patchy and the ground was uneven and lumpy, also have a leak in yard that I am getting the run around on. they came and looked at it said ohhh well I'll talk to so and so to see what we should do. They came out with three trucks to stand around on their shovels and wach each other twiddle their fingers. Must be union.

The guys there are great. They put in the sprinkler system for the home I bought. I did not know how to program it and they came out and walked me though the set up.

When we first researched Spokane landscaping contractors we were amazed at the range of prices from all the different landscapers, and finally settled on G & S due to their great communication, attractive pricing, as well as personable attention and service even during the quotation process. After making the decision to work with them, even though they were located a good drive north of Spokane, we have never regretted our decision. They’ve always done superb work, including beautiful rock retaining walls in both our front yard and back yard that we get compliments on all the time. As quality lawn care landscapers they also installed a nicely designed lawn irrigation system, contoured our back yard for easy maintenance and installed a patio with brick pavers. From our personal experience we highly recommend G and S landscapers for either residential or commercial landscape construction as well as lawn care.

I Had Galen and his Brother Scott come up to our Home and rental cabin at Deer Lake. We live on a very steep hillside that has a lot of sluff off each year that comes on to our drive way. I wanted to clean that up, and build a rock wall the entire length. It's about 250 lin. feet. G & S went beyond my expectations! they cleared the whole hillside even excavating behind a propane tank, than built the rock wall up against the hill. After that they brought in gravel that matched the color of the rock placement and spread it our for the entire drive way. Their price was Great, much less than other bids- They get my highest recomendation!!!! Jerry Hall
