Terrible company they don't do anything right my 11 year old can do a better job. Everytime they come ill leave a bad review. This company is a SCAM. I kinda fell bad for them thats how bad they are. They should train and learn how to do landscaping its not that hard u don't even need a high school diploma. Hahaha half there employees don't even have a green card so I guess they have low standards and like to do things illegally.

I use Basics for weekly maintenance and my property looks awesome every time they leave. Their attention to detail is impressive. Basics recently completed my pool landscape design. It looks so beautiful and we get so many compliments. Thanks Jay, Michelle and team.

A first rate experience from beginning to end! The crew was punctual, professional and paid impeccable focus to even the smallest of details. My front and backyard have never looked so good. Everyone that sees it comments on the quality of work. I will use them time and time again!

I do not use this company, however am new to the neighborhood and am searching for companies. But for sure will not sign up with this one. Reason: multiple times the staff has been notified to STOP BLOWING LEAVES OVER TO MY SIDE. The staff has gotten verbally aggressive towards myself and my husband and even cursed us out in Spanish. I do speak Spanish so I know. Then Debbie at the reception desk has been notified, instead of notifying her staff and telling them not to do that she wants me to provide video proof. After the phone and weeks of watching this same work ethic continues. So to me that's a company that does not care about the neighbors who do not use their services. This can cause issues between neighbors themself. Which of course we did not cause it's not my neighbor doing anything it's the company he hired. So I have attached photos of the staff blowing the leaves back onto my side AFTER management and staff both have been notified. I have 1 tree in the front where these leaves are. And it has no leaves. I also added a picture of my backyard that has a tree but no leaves HOWEVER magically there are leaves that were not there this morning. They blew it over a 6ft fence, so that is deliberately done. So thank you Basic Landscaping for not listening to a potential customer.

Once again I need to rave about Basics Landscaping. I have used this company for many years for all my landscaping needs. In the past, I have had a deck built, a patio and paver walkway installed, flower beds placed and last year a pergola was built over my patio. Just today a new project was completed with the installation of my paver driveway. I absolutely love the design and appearance of it. As in the past, I am totally impressed by the professionalism of the crew, the precision of their work, their work ethics, the way they clean up, and all the extra little touches added to make the project perfect. The office staff has always and continues to be attentive and respectful to callers. Jay and Michelle have excellent design capabilities and can completely envision what the customer is trying to express. Theresa tries to accommodate customers’ schedules and personal situations when working on the calendar. There is no better landscape and construction company around. Great job once again.

We recently had our home remodeled and our landscaping redone in the front of our house. Jay, Diana and the rest of the staff were very polite, accommodating and informative throughout the entire project from start to finish. We have already signed up with them to service our property weekly. I can't say enough......

About 11 years ago, I used Basics Landscaping to redo the front of my house. We were so happy with the results that we decided to use them again for the back yard patio. I can be a tough customer and I usually do not use social media, but wanted to recognize this company and its employees. Michelle, who is one of the owners, has been handling the administrative end for us and she has been professional, precise, informative and quick to respond, when asked. Jay, who runs Sales / Design and is basically the Project Manager, is OUTSTANDING and was the original PM 11 years ago when I used them the first time. He doesn't miss a single detail, and treats the project as if it were his own property. He is regularly on site, and patiently listens to my numerous comments, with respect and concern. My two Foreman (Herman and Frankie) are also professional, responsive and great at what they do. The crew they have working with them is a hard working, neat, respectful group of guys. I really cant say enough good about this company. They have treated my home as my home, and not as a "jobsite". They will not be the cheapest estimate you get, but I can tell you that they WILL BE the most thorough and deliver far beyond the many details that they say they will. Give them a shot, leave your worries behind, and watch the magic that Jay and his crew leave behind when they are finished.....
