I called them regarding a hard to find lawn irrigation item that I couldn't locate in big box stores. They said its available with them and asked me to come down. I did and was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. They found me the product and its associated accessories. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A+++.

Service alone is above and beyond. I called the store asking for a part I didn’t know the name of. They identified it right away using their knowledge and expertise. They didn’t have it in stock but offered to ship it to the store. If I ever need anything landscaping related will be going to them

Stephen @ Dedham location does not always work the counter. Having said that, every employee should be modeled after his customer service and communication skills. Goes above and beyond.

All the guys in here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge warehouse with a ton in stock. Very good for irrigation supplies as well as landscaping supplies.
