Always know when they are coming

Well it started out real well I was even offered a job showed up four times in a row on time ahead of schedule and the last time they wouldnt even answer the door Im standing out there waiting to go to work and no one answer the door I went around and knocked on three different doors and no one would come to the door and all the vehicles were there and they were inside and why they told me to come back four different times and then not answer the door is beyond me as far as the recommendation no I wouldnt recommend them

Lawn Doctor was great last year, so we kept them and so far this year they are doing fairly well with our lawn. We still have weeds here and there but they are trying. They have a very friendly, polite and punctual staff. Their service fees are fair for the services rendered. We plan to continue using Lawn Doctor as long as they keep it up!!!

Due to almost daily rains, I had a call back due a recent weed application that unfortunately, the technician was rained out who first tried to perform the monthly weed application. After calling, and asking for a respray, I was very impressed with Michael, a local supervisor came out and painstakingly walked the whole yard spraying any weeds that he could see. He took the extra time to assure that as a customer, I was satisfied with his applying the weed control. He went above and beyond in making sure he eliminated any weeds in my lawn. He is also planning to follow-up in a week to make sure the weed control he applied took care of any lingering weeds. You dont experience that in today environment with how little you receive in customer service. They exceeded my expectations as I know they will yours, if given the chance. While Michael was spraying my yard, my neighbor asked Michael to take a look at his back yard. Needless to say, Lawn Doctor is earning my neighbors business as well. This is my second year with Lawn Doctor and I am glad I selected them to take care of my lawn care needs.

Lawn Doctor was an improvement over my previous lawn service. I would expect that if there are weeds or foreign grass that it is treated when they service instead having to call them back. This remains an opportunity.

I inherited a yard full of weeds when I purchased my home. I tried to treat it myself, but I just couldnt handle it. Lawn Doctor has done wonders, and my lawn is looking healthy and beautiful! They also successfully treated my lawn when an armadillo was digging holes everywhere. They are very helpful when I ask questions. I am very happy with their services!

Lawn Doctor has been taking care of my lawn for 3+ years and my centipede grass has been it healthiest in the 13 years I ve lived here. I tried doing it myself for most of the 13 years, but the weeds we re getting worse each spring. Summer heat would kill off most of the weeds but not all. I would use Scott s Bonus S and it would green up and look good. But in the late summer a different weed would move in. I also went to a local feed and seed store and bought their pre-emergent and would put it down in the winter and spring with no help. Lawn Doctor has done an excellent job with my centipede lawn and I would recommend them for your lawn care based on my experience.

We tried 4 or 5 other lawn care services, each one never lasting more than 1 year, before we found Lawn Doctor. Were on our 3rd year with Lawn Doctor and are extremely satisfied. My wife and I have been totally pleased with the services provided by the team at Lawn Doctor. I was skeptical at first when Michael McCowen approached us early last year about providing lawn services for our new home. Michael saw first hand when he did his estimate that the sod that the homebuilder had installed was of poor and mixed quality and in a very sad state. Mike didnt make any promises at the time, but he did state that if we gave them a try we could cancel at anytime and he would refund the balance of our account for the annual services. In six months our sod showed positive signs of becoming a lawn that any home owner would be proud of and by the time that fall had set in our yard had gone from being a browned and weed infested lawn to being one of the best in the neighborhood. My neighbors say that I baby my lawn, but I just did the weekly cutting and trimming to keep the growth under control. I give credit to Lawn Doctor and their services. Even though winter has set in and my grass has gone dormant, you can still see how thick and lush our lawn has become in less than a year. KUDOS to the LAWN Doctor Team!

Just started using this week. So far, every step of the experience has been outstanding. Talked to a sales professional on Monday (Justin) and he was able to schedule my first lawn service today; my mosquito service is scheduled on Friday. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Also I have talked to two receptionists this week who were also for friendly and met my needs. I wished I had gotten their names as well! A courteous receptionist is a must for businesses and sometimes not as appreciated as they should be. Today Todd performed my first lawn service. He was very friendly and was so thorough in his lawn application, being careful to really saturate any problem areas. He took about an hour to complete the service. I used a different lawn service last year and they were usually finished in about 15 minutes and were not nearly as thorough and were more expensive. Anxious to see how the lawn progresses over the next few months. Again, I can t say enough about Todd! Great job!

When this business came to our property and sprayed everything was killed I went ahead and prepaid for a whole year This is the way the property looks now from December... when they killed everything the first time now it just keeps living and growing Negative

I have used different lawn companies in the past. Over all the experience has been from jus OK to awful. Until now. With Lawn Doctor it s very obvious that they take as much pride in making my yard look it s best as I do. The office staff is always courteous and friendly. Anytime I have a specific question, I have been able to talk to Justin who has been extremely professional and helpful. Recently my yard started to turn brown, which has never happened this time of the year. I called Lawn Doctor and was immediately put through to Justin. As said before he is very professional and very through. He listened to my concern and immediately knew the what the problem was. Unfortunately my area has had an infestation of Army worms. Justin not only knew what to do, but sent someone out to treat my yard THE NEXT day. Very impressive!!! In this COVID world it is next to impossible to get that kind of customer service. If you are look for a HONEST and professional lawn company I highly recommend Lawn Doctor.

I have tried several lawn care services in the past, and even self-treated my lawns all with mediocre success. Lawn Doctor has serviced my lawn for three years now and I have a rich vibrant lawn, free of weeds and fungus. Any time I call for additional applications they respond immediately. My route manager Wesley and Technician Todd are very knowledgeable of the products and techniques they use, and readily explain whats happening with the lawn when asked. Neighbors and people passing by consistently ask how did I get my lawn so healthy.

Average service.....Will have to await the 90 degree temps. After conferring with one of your techs, he advised me of super fertilizer 0-0-7 which feeds better than the usual type they usually feed. Of course they charge twice the fee. This requires some attention,

When I moved into new house it was 75% weed infested. Within a short period they got rid of the weeds which left bare spots everywhere. with proper fertilization and continued weed service the bermudagrass quickly filled in the holes. looks great.

I wasnt there

I have used different companies in the area and have always had to call them back because the guys didnt do the job. I just saw the Lawn Doctor team come out and pick up all the dog toys in the yard, spray behind and between over 30 plants and trees, then cover the yard thoroughly.

I have been very pleased with both Lawn Doctors yard service and pest control service. My lawn used to be nothing but bare spots and weeds. Now it is thick and green.

I like the service just wish they would inform you before your service date. Sometimes I May be out of town and can t water within the 24-48 hour period , so the application is wasted If they would send out notices by text then we could rearrange the service date for out connivence

I appreciate the calls ahead of the days the lawn will be serviced. I really appreciate the integrity, standing behind the work and taking steps to fix things when stuff goes wrong. This is a good fair and honest company.
