Walker's Lawn & Landscaping in Decatur

We had an issue with our foundation and after it was repaired, we needed to fix the landscaping in our front yard. Andy was very responsive and designed something for us. Once it was completed, we wanted a few things fixed and he took care of it. It now looks amazing.

We've used them for snow removal so far and they have never disappointed. When the time comes for landscaping we will be contacting them.

Terrible customer service!!!! On a threat to get a refund, they FINALLY got it done. They promise, then do not follow up and don't return calls. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT. I cannot recommend them. I greatly overpaid for my work. The shrub planted was not what I thought I ordered.

Called in May, made an appt they couldn't come until the 1st wk in June. After the appt they said they would get back to me in 2wks. I called after the 2 wks and they kept promising to come over. Again today Aug 4th they promised to call or come over by 9am. They did not show again so I left them a message that I no longer wanted their service and have now decided to try to do it myself. weeks to.

They did a whole back patio and fireplace for me. They definitely did not disappoint. Fantastic job!!! The nicest people as well. I assure you they will get the job done for a reasonable price!!!

Can you give Zero Stars? This place is horrible. A friend of the family contacted Walkers Landscaping to do some work for my mother and I agreed because I live out of state I took a chance. That was the biggest mistake EVER!! At the time of the job the temps were extremely high and dangerous. The guys showed up at my moms to do the work and the boss called about 45 min into the job and told them to pack up and go home it was to hot. That was totally understandable. BUT my mother got a bill for over a thousand dollars, so I gave them a call and OMG the biggest lies ever Just when I thought Trump lied more than anyone. They supposedly took my mom and sister out to look at the back yard and they said "THEY LOVED IT" loved What?? dirt and wholes. LIES my mother and sister were never taken out to look at anything because they never did anything in the back the same stuff that was there when they came was there when they left. They did remove some felt and mulch from the from and charged her almost $500 for 45 min of work remember they were called off of the job almost a soon as they got there. We did not let them finish the job, my mom paid them so she would NEVER have to see them again. I found another landscaping company through a friend and OMG AMAZING!! So please be careful!!!! This is what they did for $500 there was felt and mulch in the first picture. The second picture a real professional did the work Hills Landscaping!!!!!!!

Ok, I blew it with some purchased plants last season , I got scolded but Ashley did exchange them for me and after I followed directions the plants turned out beautiful, and I am back again this season for more dragon flys! I was upset about not receiving an estimate in a timely manner , but the young man did contact me and did his best to make sure I was no longer upset , I just happen to like Jeff Walker and his staff a lot , so all is forgiven and I really am a lifelong customer , they are great people , especially Ashley, she is really cool😎😎

Made an appointment a month in advance. When the set time came and nobody showed up or called, we called them to find out they apparently didn't even have us on the schedule. We received a voicemail a short time later stating that "Due to all the confusion and their busy schedule, they would be unable to help us." It must be nice to be able to rudely turn down money.
