Love that they use electric equipment only!! Also, they check in frequently to make sure everything is going as expected. It took a month or so for them to get everything up to snuff but that was expected. Good attention to detail compared to others I have used.

They do beautiful work and leave our lawn, shrubs, flowers, etc., in pristine condition without us even knowing theyre out there...twice now, Ive been home all day, and the only evidence that they were here is how nice the landscaping looks. Great communication. Not cheap, but no surprises--their quotes lay it all out.

Lawn Capital did a cleanup at our house, took down an old picket fence and cut down some weeds/small trees. They even cut our grass! David and his crew did an amazing job and we are thrilled with our results. Would definitely use Lawn Capital again for landscaping projects.

Lawn Capital is responsible for doing landscaping in our community. While the general landscaping looks good, they consistently drop the ball when it comes to basic maintenance and communication. I have to ask multiple to get basic trimming, and weed removal done. Not a company I would recommend.

They are super reliable and precise with weekly service, and just recently completed a retaining wall and drainage project that was superior from start to finish, even helping me navigate difficult neighbors with the project landing right on the property line. I take back every single word I said. This company is the worst at everything. Their customer service is terrible. The crews are lazy. they do not communicate in a timely manner and they dont show up half of the time. For a premium lawn service company, they provide low tier service adn work. I do not recommend using Lawn Capital to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars and get all of my money back. They are a complete scam. After multiple conversations with the director of maintenance and our crew manager and none of our concerns being addressed, I called to speak to the owner, Grayson. He literally told me that he cant guarantee any work unless hes on site. Im not sure I would ever want to do business with anyone who says things like that. Sounds like to me he has a staffing problem and needs to do better training so he can trust his staff. Just my opinion. Do NOT hire this company.

I actually do my own yard work, but my neighbors use Lawn Capital and their yard always looks great. Ive interacted with them a few times and they have helped me out when Ive been clearing leaves at the same time. I especially LOVE the new electric leaf blowers they are using -- its so much quieter! Our napping toddler is especially grateful!

I could not recommend Lawn Capital more. Ant and his team handled a massive job removing invasive plants and weeds and protecting the native plants in what had become an overgrown jungle. Communication was excellent, the work was done expertly and timely, and I can t wait to use them again for both weekly maintenance with the quiet electric equipment and also to add new plants to what is now a blank canvas. I appreciate that Lawn Capital uses only electric equipment. The team was hard working and accomplished a lot. I had them trim back overgrown plants. My property is more natural than the typical lawn yard. One problem is that they dumped waste and left equipment in my flower beds. This was temporary, the stuff was removed, but it was unnecessary. I specifically put boarders up in some cases to prevent this. In one case, one of my precious native plants is gone. In one case they trimmed back a privacy hedge so that it no longer provides privacy. The crew leader was very respectful, asked questions and responded to my feedback, but I couldn t supervise them the whole time and a couple of things didn t go as I hoped. I think they are more suited to projects related to traditional lawn maintenance, rather than For people who practice permaculture or want to maintain a more natural environment with native plants.

I am very pleased with Lawn Capital. Naboth was great to work with to get the project organized, and Ant and team did a great job with the major cleanup that was needed; major leaf removal, tree bed cleanup, removal of dead plants, etc. I look forward to having them maintain the yard with their all-electric plan zero tool lineup

Anthony and his crew cleaned up our personal and adjoining property over the course of a couple of days this month, even though conditions were wet and a bit chillier than one might expect for an Atlanta December. Everything about the experience was top-notch, including the timeliness, transparency, and end result.

Update 12/23: we had the crew back out to put sod in our backyard. The end result truly exceeds our expectations. Ant is great about letting us know what to expect and keeping us updated thoughout the project, and the team was again efficient but incredibly thorough, and went above and beyond what was in the original estimate - transforming our yard. They have set us up for long term success and we wouldnt hesitate to ask Ant and the crew back the next time we need work. Original 10/23: Great experience having the crew clear out a lot of overgrowth and ivy in our yard. The team was fantastic- meticulous and clearly took pride in their work. They also took time to make some recommendations in how we could better cultivate some plants we wanted to preserve.

We had a complicated sod project, requiring removal of overgrown shrubs, drainage concerns, and shallow utilities. The Lawn Capital team did an excellent job of removing old growth, preparing soil for new sod, installing needed drainage, and then installing sod. They were clear all the way along with what was needed, what our options were, and where the project stood on path to completion. Also very considerate of our neighbors and neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Lawn Capital was exceptional. Even though our project was small, Jonathan listened, explained & gave suggestions on what should be done. Recently purchased an intown house which a great landscape design which had been neglected for almost a year. Lawn Capitals crew did a great job of how to get it back up to par and knocked it out in less than half a day; would have taken me weeks. Highly recommended.

Lawn Capital was great to work with, and did the most thorough work Ive seen of a yard service company. Sadly, they dropped me as a customer in May 2020 because (and I quote from their email) they needed to move in a new strategic direction and close some of our accounts. At the same time they did this, they were marketing and taking on new customers in my neighborhood! The way they handled this was unprofessional and not honest. Their website was updated to show a new fee structure that was significantly more than I was paying them - I believe they dropped me because they were taking on new customers willing to pay more. I can understand maximizing revenue with limited resources. If they had approached me and said we need to increase our rates, here is why I probably would have said yes. In fact, the company I switched to is charging me nearly the same as their currently advertised rates. Their loss. In summary, great service, but they dont seem to understand how to cultivate and maintain an otherwise happy customer.

Jon and his team were extremely professional throughout the process, including the initial consultation, the discussions, and the eventual installation. I asked a lot of questions and received prompt and complete responses. They installed when they said they would and finished when they said they would. There were some unexpected surprises digging up some challenging areas, and they came up with a creative solution that looks fantastic. Id highly recommend their team!!

I had a project to install fill dirt and new sod for a 500 sq ft section. They showed up on time for the initial consultation and returned the quote in 24 hours. There was a communication issue about the scheduled work and installation date. There were also delays due to the supplier of the sod and it being early in the season. Jonathan got involved and corrected course. Charlie was one of the leads on the installation crew and he was very friendly and even chatted up our children about TMNT. He came back the next day to finish the job as promised. We received quality sod that was installed correctly and has now rooted and looks great! I recommend getting the cell number from your initial consultant because they have a call service for their business line and those representatives are not the most knowledgeable.

My whole experience with Lawn Capital was not customer focused. I called the number and got through to a rent-a-secretary who asked what I needed and said someone would be in touch. The next day I got what looked like an automated email asking me to click a link to schedule a phone appointment. The first appointment was a week away. The appointment day came and the rep asked me what I needed. He said he would have to come see for himself. First appointment was a week out. Appointment day came and he canceled that morning and rescheduled for the next day. Next day he shows up and says yeah I don t know I ll have to speak to our drainage expert and get back to you . That was 2 weeks ago and I haven t heard from him since.

I asked Lawn Capital to renovate the garden area around my patio (total job ~$12,000). This involved first removal of the existing mess with ground preparation, and then a later install of new plants. They worked with a landscape designer I hired to come up with a plan. They did a wonderful job on both parts. There were some adjustments along the way-the newly installed gravel path and stepping stones needed to be removed and replaced due to rain erosion, but Lawn Capital did so and made it better with sod and stones at no extra charge. And a miscommunication about plantings was rectified promptly after the fact, again at no extra charge. Jonathan is very responsive and professional and I highly recommend Lawn Capital. I have already booked them for additional plantings for my front year in the fall.

Were very glad made the right choice in hiring them, since sod is an investment and we felt comfortable that the job was being done well. From initial consultation to final sign off, Jonathan and his team were professionals and great communicators. They worked efficiently and wrapped up the project ahead of the original schedule. They also took care of setting up our watering system, too, so watering is on auto-pilot. Love that that they are right here in Decatur, as most landscapers are OTP. Any type of feedback was on voicenail to greysom who chose lgnore you hoping you would go away I finally did and so did 3 other neighbors after i called Greyson 3 times last month. Not a retutn call with any explanations from customer service follow up or customer satisfaction. Greyson, the childish owner, dodges my calls..i hav,e found a better service. I contacted Lawn Capital to help clear overgrowth behind my backyard fence. They arrived on time, were very productive, and incredibly professional. Years of unchecked growth of Kudzu and Wisteria that had climbed trees and over ran fences. Not to mention the trash left back there from the previous investment owner that was flipping the house.
