Dave Cole and his guys are amazing, if you are replacing sod or redoing landscape, look no further, this is your guy!

Local Sod and Landscape did amazing work! They used quality sod, and the results were great. I would highly recommend them!

Initially contracted them to replace sod in front corner of my property. I did water it as instructed, however it all died. When consulted again, I was told it should have been different grass, but they weren t sure if it would ve been approved by the HOA. They have done other projects within the neighborhood so I m not sure how they didn t know. Most recently, I contracted them to fix a pump for my irrigation system. They did fix it, however it is now leaking and a second contractor is having to repair it. I had to call a second contractor because they did not respond to calls or would not show up after making appointments. Side note, they did quote me on sod that was twice the price of the current contract. I want to help local businesses, but their poor service and lack of communication with them makes it unreasonably difficult. Would not recommend.

These guys did a fantastic job on our front lawn. Removed ALL of the weeds, laid the new sod - and trimmed it up very nicely along the beds and walkways! Very pleased. I had to find 2 sprinkler heads and need to dig out my water meter, but thats okay! I would definitely recommend them. After mowing a few times, there are many gaps, making mowing a time when I have to be careful not to turn my ankle and get injured. Will need to bring in some fill dirt. The grass does look great and those gaps will fill in eventually. Just check the install before they leave!

I highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs. After putting in a pool we had to have new grass. David was professional and able to handle everything we needed. From beautiful sod to rocks around our pool. His crew showed up when expected and did an outstanding job. You will be very happy with the service and results.

I had a good experience with Local Sod and Landscape. They squeezed us in to lay 900 sq ft of sod last minute when other people either were not available or didn t want to do such a small job. And they made sure to get good quality sod for us. Thanks David and Johnny! But you never came back with the leftover sod for patching the bare spot.

these guys did a great job installing grass and drainage at my grandmothers house in Debary. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and the crew was extremely helpful.

Sod was not cut fresh as promised. Ordered 6 pallets of Floratam. Looking for Seville but David only had Floratam available. Sod was very dry, falling apart, not enough moisture to hold it together. I called David and he asked for pictures. I did not take pictures because I had to rush to go back to work. This was ordered on Monday to be delivered today, Friday.

Great people, they get the job done. Had a full irrigation system installed at my house. Full coverage on a full acre, about 55 sprinkler heads in total. Came out perfect, and done correctly. On install day they had 8-10 guys and knocked it out from 7:30am-3:00pm start to finish. Great work and fast service. Highly recommended!

Started off as a great experience. Was very impressed with the communication and fast response. Explained exactly what we were looking far as far as having the sides of our house totally rocked in going straight down the house. We waited almost 2 months to have work completed as we were waiting on a survey. Little did I realize that his crew didn t know how to read a survey. When they did the work they went over the property line by over 2 feet. Also did some weird cut in thing along the side of the house making the edging look unprofessional and ridiculous and clearly not straight in a row. Kicked the front part out wider than the original edging. A few days after they finished my husband returned from a business trip and was very dissatisfied with the work. I sent pictures to David saying we wanted both areas fixed. He personally couldn t take the time to come and speak with us. He sent his crews to fix the property line issue but refused to fix the area that was not in line with the other bedding. Wanted to keep making excuses. A real business owner that is concerned about his work and the satisfaction of his customers would have not gotten defensive but taken the time to come up with a solution. Because I had sent him a text saying I personally was happy (mind you this is a house where two people live and paid for the job) he would post my text about it looking ok being very defensive Once again totally unprofessional since he had a JOINT customer here. At NO point in time did his workers ask me to look at anything to make sure it was ok I had assumed since I walked the property and job with them the day they started they we capable of following verbal directions and a survey. David ended up being very rude, unprofessional and not concerned about customer satisfaction. Would not recommend

I called this place and spoke with Dave. Dave d me over the phone a $130 a month. Dave told me that they would be in the area on Thursday and they would take care of the service on Thursday. Thursday came Thursday went I got home Thursday and texted Dave and Dave said that they would be out Friday to finish up area. Friday came Friday when crew still didnt show up I reached out to Dave I ask Dave to please send the crew out and also come out and me for some extra services Dave then showed up while I wasnt home and looked at the property but never sent me the on the extra service. I then texted Dave several times I called Dave several times I left Dave messages several times Today Thursday Dave and crew still didnt show up I think Dave is very unprofessional. And unreliable. Common courtesy business practice return your clients calls even if you dont wish to service the account at least let the client know this way the client can move forward and get or go with another company instead of waiting for Thursday to come around and see that Dave crew doesnt show up.

Our yard had gotten out of control and we couldn t handle it on our own. We contacted David and he responded right away. He gave us a reasonable estimate and was able to start the next week. David and his employees were professional, hard working and got the yard in shape. The trees and bushes were trimmed, weeds eaten, beds mulched, yard mowed and trimmed, the fence power washed and bushes planted. The employees were friendly and and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We even saw roses blooming when they were done.

Very polite and courteous. Arrived when expected, did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I had them do a major cleanup since I had sunken flower borders, overgrown trees and plants, and a mess in my flower beds. They took care of it all.

This is one of those rare, difficult to find companies that really care about the details. Local Lawns will keep in touch with you every step of the way, and you wont be left wondering whats next. After trying to deal with several other companies who were just giving me the runaround, Local Lawns was on point from the start. I had an enormous job at my residence that required a full clearing of the back and side yards, plus sod and plant/mulch installation all around. They handled everything from irrigation planning and installation, to picking plants and locations, and I love the results. Dont waste your time with anyone else this is the crew you want.

What can I say about local Lawn? Well like most of us we have used other lawn services most of us have found them to be unreliable, never come on time, hard to talk to, been made promises that were not kept. After first Service they get sloppy and uncaring, So I thought we would give another lawn service a try, thats when I called David of Local Lawns, WOW what a difference finally someone who cares about their customers, He now has been our lawn guy for the past year and never have I had a issue with him or Cody his hired help, always on time if they come late always text me to get my approval, They are easy to talk to if you have any problems and I must say with a smile on their faces, I highly recommend LOCAL LAWNS to all that need good service, Why stick with poor service Give them a try, I do not have a easy yard either see photo.
