Do not entrust your commercial landscaping needs to these thieves! They overcharge for services not rendered and then send a large man intended to intimidate you when you question their service and integrity. Save your dollars and stress, run away from Servello & Sons!!!

They do a good job at the entrance. Everything else looks regular.

Sloppy as hell. They don't have mulch kits meaning there mowers are gonna shoot grass and small rocks at your car. I get my car detailed every week and then they come and cover it in dirt and grass. Every week I have a new chip in my paint on my doors from these guys. I drive a Mercedes Benz which isn't cheap. Workers mostly consist of Mexicans who barley speak English. I couldn't be more disappointed. Quit being cheap and put mulch kits on your mowers, it's common sense dude. The money you get from ventian bay will more than cover the cost of them.

I live in Royal Arms Condos and our HOA has just switched to Servello ans Sons. Since the switch I no longer see edging or weed eating being done. I live in the back half of the complex and had to call the office of Servello to ask them to please cut better in the back half of complex. After they finished I looked and saw there was no edging or weeding done, and they blew all the grass in our mulch and breezeway. This week they came out and did the exact same thing and covered our mulch with grass. This area my neighbors and I paid and worked to get it to look nice bc our HOA tells us to do it ourselves, despite our HOA dues. They also blow grass all over the cars. This company has no care for the property or other areas, and does not clean up afterwards. I have pictures if interested in seeing.

I live in an apartment complex in Lake Mary. My job is centered around cars, and requires that my vehicle stay clean for presentation to customers. I now know to park my car in the adjacent complex the night before when Servello is coming the next day to "clean" or service my complex because these guys do not care about your property. I've lived here for four months, and each time they come through, their workers with the leaf blowers decide it's acceptable to pile up the debris in the parking lot and dispose of it on and in people's cars, INSTEAD of shifting it and blowing it into an empty space or around the cars into the grass. If I do not move my car beforehand, I wake up to my car being COMPLETELY covered in dirt/sand/and leaves. It even makes it into through my grill and into my engine bay, causing me to have to detail the car before I take it into the work (even though it was spotless the night before)... I've worked for landscaping companies growing up, and this work would have never been tolerated. You blow the debris into empty spaces, then into the grass. Not ONTO cars,THEN into the grass. Just lazy. Terrible business practices. (I realize trying to keep a car clean in an apartment complex is not ideal, but I park far away from anyone and in wide open spots away from trees and sprinklers. These guys are the only issue I've had so far trying to do so)
