Night a new weed mulcher about two years ago. Never should have bought it seeing as they couldn't get a brand new machine to start. But we did.... Now we can't get it to start. Called them, they explained over the phone what to do. Did it, no luck. Bye bye Echo weed mulcher.
The owners and employees drink alcohol on the job. They do not care about the employees who actually work. Customer service at its finest with beer in their coffee cups.

I had stopped by there and pick up some items I was mad at the door with a salesperson I needed to go the fella at the count engaged in a conversation and we both decided on what I needed and therefore received it and therefore pay for and they think me and I think damn and out the door we went in the meantime I treated me we should erect nation and and respect good place to shop
The WORST experience me and my boyfriend have EVER had! Terrible customer service, and incredibly misleading... we called about a mower posted for sale and had communicated multiple times about it, they said absolutely come take a look, my boyfriend went and decided he wanted it after an hour drive, the guy told us no? Said he can’t sell it until another customer comes and looks at it Saturday, he’ll call us after he comes and let’s us know if said customer buys it or not!! We even offered MORE than asking price to not drive an hour there and home again if the other customer does not buy it, he still said no and said he will contact us Saturday. No other business is ran this way, if you want to buy something posted for sale, you go and buy it... you don’t wait on another customer coming two days later... the guy he spoke with was incredibly RUDE, beyond misleading and highly unprofessional...
A lot of customers on Saturdays so wait times can be long. Love the military, vet and first responders discounts. They will work with you on purchasing with down payments and making payments. Kind of a small town feel with a signature and more importantly, a handshake. Get the handshake for sure.

Bought a mower here just now.
It took 4 trips and several phone calls before they made our service right. They did not want to stand behind a one year old mower. Would not recommend them to anyone. Worst service I have ever had.

Love these people. Been dealing with them since 1984 when I had a lawn service back in my college days. Excellent selection of new and some good used equipment and a fine service department. When they fix something it stays fixed.

I take my blades here and chains to be sharpened and they do a great professional job. I know you ask how hard is it to sharpen lawn mower blades! This shop is by far the best. if you want to pay to have someone take an angle grinder to yours feel free to go somewhere else.
