Caldwell Lawn Care in DeSoto, Missouri has taken care of our lawn mowing weekly this past summer. We have been well pleased with their mowing and trimming service. Now that fall has arrived they have really gone out of their way mowing, mulching and blowing leaves out of the yard making our lawn look beautiful again! We are pleased Jarrod and his crew are so dependable and have given us such great service.
Let me tall ya, customer service is their strong point. Didn't buy my mower from them but when my local dealer crapped out, these guys picked up the ball and scored a touchdown for the team. Class act people, and when I say that I mean Justin and Josh, they are legit awesome! This is the way a business should be ran
awesome facility staff was very professional eager to go above and beyond to help me and also biggest shock was when they had a chance to take a short cut and just tell me to buy a whole new replacement head for my weed eater they told me to let them check their parts bin to see if they could find the piece i needed to save me 30$ or more. top notch place and service
We have a horrible driveway when the weather gets bad. We called to have the driveway treated because we usually can’t get in or out and we have two senior pups we needed to be able to get to the vet. They were polite and professional about the last minute job being added and were at our house within a half hour and had us taken care of. Not a lot of businesses would rush to help a last minute residential job but they did and we appreciate it so much! Wonderful people. We are having them add us to their schedule. We will recommend them to anyone.
Not real happy! Here I buy a $3,500 zero turn from Ben. I tried to call the day it was being delivered to throw a couple hats in. Still No return call. The guy who delivered it was great, said I needed to find a trailer. He said we sell trailers, I said hitches as well he said yes. I call Caldwell's to get pricing the salesperson says we don't sell trailers. Hum OK not a pleasant experience. Not good follow up either, guess local isn't always better
We have had several snow removal companies over the 30 years of doing business. We are very happy with Caldwell Lawn Care. They are very profession, do what they say they will do and are reasonably priced. We recommend Caldwell to any business owner.!
Justin and the guys were fantastic. They answered every question I had. Showed me how to track the Hustler Raptor SD I purchased. Let me test drive it as well. The customer service was top notch. They were very knowledgeable on all their Stihl products as well. Walked out with a new blower and trimmer. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Caldwell's. Thanks Guys!
Caldwell Lawn Care is a very professional business. They put the customer first and bend over backwards to make sure they sell good quality machinery and provide excellent customer service. I called and left a message for someone to call me back about lawn care well over a week ago and havent heard from anyone. Lucky I was able to find someone to help me out. Whats even more messed up is they came recommended ... smh

I had them cut my grass about two weeks ago. It was 4-5 days to get scheduled. I now have been trying to get hold of someone for two days. I finally do and she acted like she could give a care in the world. Her exact words were it was unofficial of who could and couldnt schedule a grass cutting. Basically they were playing favoritism. Needless to say 2 days wasted and nothing scheduled. Dont waist your time. There are more reliable services elsewhere with better customer service and will actually answer the phone.
Just purchased a new Hustler zero turn my experience was very enjoyable and in a time of need they stepped up answered every question and i left with a good feeling and respect for my product and the service I received! !!

Contacted several time, was finally contacted back after having to try numerous times. Was then promised service which never happened. I contacted again, again it took a number of attempts before they finally got back me. They apologized saying there was a misunderstanding. Then said they would be out to finally treat yard only to not come out again and say it was too late. I have never experienced such poor service. Dont waste your time with these guys!
