Terrible company. Doesn't show up on time, doesn't keep their pricing agreements. They sent a thing saying they might increase prices 5% year in year, instead they increased it by over 100% without notification. Worst company I've ever dealt with

They did an excellent job weeding the flower beds, our blue hydrangea has never looked so pretty! The lawn care, is also top notch. everything was evenly cut, trash picked up, and everything cleaned up and trimmings removed every time. Weed control seemed to be sprayed late in the season, which resulted in large weeds just being cut off. This could have been prevented by spraying earlier. Our hedges were trimmed, ok. There was a lot more that could have been cut down in all three areas the bushes are located.
Earth Development has done us a great job through the last couple of winter seasons. Very responsive, timely, and professional. Their proactive approach with weather reports and notifications are best in class.
I am the distribution center manager for Treehouse Foods/Bay Valley Foods in DePere, WI.Truckdrivers who have stopped here at DC have been very impressed with how good our parking lot, driveways, and walkways were cleared after a significant snowfall. They said our facility was one of the best they have been to for condition of the facility after a snow storm. I highly recommend Earth Development for all of your lawn care and snow plowing needs. Be careful when choosing your plan! The subcontractors they have can do as they please on the A plus plan. Salting first with hardly any snow, then plowing, then salting, and again plowing on the same day. Absolutely out of hand, and taking advantage of the at descrepincy plan. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I was hesitant to switch from the company I used before. Now I am extremely happy that I did. They are very easy to deal with, they do what they say they are going to do, the communication is excellent, their prices are good and when I was in a pinch they bent over backwards to help me.
Earth Development took care of my lawn (and my friends that I recommended) for about 7-8 years, but this year I was told (by a message) that they dont offer just the 1st, 3rd + 5th time - you have to get all 5 or none. They do my neighbor right next door to me so they come down by my house the 1st, 3rd + 5th time anyway - they must not need my business. That would be like a tire shop ONLY selling a full set of 4 tires or none.
