We live near woods and water and don't get to enjoy as much summer outside time because of the mosquito problem. However, we called Naturescape and worked with Bobbie who was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we were able to schedule a mosquito treatment for our front and back yard. Since application, we have not had any mosquito problems and enjoy sitting in the back yard wooded area even in the evening. Recommend.
Got my yard done for mosquitos and definitely a plus living on the water. The guys that came out were super friendly and accommodated due to me having animals (dogs, chickens and ducks). Also was nice to have them work with my schedule since I work from home.
After buying a home in De Pere a year ago, we thought we’d hire a professional lawn service. The previous owners had it looking great and we wanted to maintain that. Naturescape came in the fall to aerate and seed. Spring/summer/fall 2022 we prepaid for 5 applications. The granule applications were very sparse, especially the perimeters, which is probably why our lawn doesn’t look very good. We also noticed a lot of tall fescue late June early July, throughout our whole yard, spread through seeds. We think it came from a dirty aerator machine, not “birds”. I’ve pulled hundred of clusters from our yard. It is almost impossible to get rid of. I called a few times and also filled out their survey that was sent to me addressing these and other issues. I wish I had before and after pictures. I forgot to mention that the parking area maybe got two applications of the five. I gave them a chance. I’ve updated this review. Corporate office called me and is going to resolve my issues. They guarantee all their applications and other work, you just need to call with any concerns or complaints. I spoke too soon. “Steve” did not contact me to resolve my issues. Don’t call, don’t send anybody out, I’m done with this company. They have many problems.

Naturescape has done a fabulous job. Our lawn looks the best ever. In fact our neighbor came over and asked who we use because his lawn is terrible. Of course I gave him Naturescapes broshure which is extremely informative. The employees are prompt, do a great job, and are very professional, especially Bobbie. I have talked to her quite a few times now and she has all the correct answers and then some. Bubbly and friendly. Too bad there aren t more like her to answer a business line.
I decided not to use Naturescape services out of concern for my dogs. I have a record of my cancellation, and a record of confirming this, and yet, I keep getting billed, with interest. After three months, I am now contacting the WI AG, and the Consumer Division of WI. They are not interested in seeing the record of the cancellation and confirmation. 1/3 of the first app was done 3 weeks after I cancelled. 1/3. And yet they want payment for a full application, even though I keep trying to give them the phone records that they confirmed the cancellation.

We have been using Naturescape for several years now. The quality of their work has been excellent. We are very pleased with their consistent scheduling updates. This is very important if you are planning any family activities on the following days. Dana has been excellent to work with when a scheduling adjustment needed to be made. Holding the proper duration between applications is critical to having a nice looking lawn all season long.

Got another year of snow removal under my belt and these guys still rock. Great attention to detail, get here quickly once the storm has passed, very pleased! I used their snow plowing service this year and was extremely happy. Not only was the drive well plowed but the extras I asked for like the front walk and the patio we grill on over the winter with done with great care often times just using a shovel instead of a snow blower. These guys rock!
Lawn has been cut twice, not impressed because it is uneven with longer clumps here and there and no trimming under tree! Must get better or call some other company to do the job

Our lawn was looking very poorly until we started with Naturescape this year. They took a,look at it and told,us what they believed the problems were and that they would keep an eye on it throughout the season as they applied necessary applications . After 3 months it looks fantastic. We are so happy that we changed from our previous lawn care.
I used them for the first time, and they burnt my lawn. They had admitted to burning my lawn after coming out and reviewing it. They would give me the application free. I had to call multiple times to hope for a response only to have them deny the clear burning of the lawn. I requested a full refund because they are not trustworthy. Their refund time is absurd. I recommend never using them. I m not the only neighbor who had issues.

We have used Naturescape Green Bay for mosquito control for the last 2 years and will continue. We live in the swampy area of Suamico, and the mosquitos were terrible. They have been controlled since signing up with Naturescape (making my yard enjoyable again!). All interactions with the company in person, on phone and email have been respectful and professional. They were especially helpful by coming back out within 72 hours of a phone call that the little buggers were coming back after the normal spraying months were over. last year.
Great place! Our lawn has never looked so good! We had a competitor do our lawn for years, and just one year with Naturescape our lawn has been so much better! Several of our neighbors also use Naturescape, and our neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommended!
Great service at a great price!
I am pleased how they call ahead to let me know they are coming. Only once in several years have I had to call to say I had a spot of weeds and they were there Tre very next day and treated the area.
Second year with them, got the preventative crab grass killer, crab grass started coming in July, called them, they came over to take care of the problem, two weeks later, absolutely no change, actually have more crab grass than I had last year. Total waste of money. Went with a new company that my neighbor uses, he started with them same time I did and his lawn was worse than mine when we started, he has no weeds now.
I am especially pleased with our technician. He is very detail orientated. The mosquito control program is awesome! We book for the same time each season and have not had a mosquito issue since we started this. We live on water so prior to that it was miserable.

Naturescape weed and feeds my lawn, sprays my property for mosquitoes and occasionally (will call) plows and salts my driveway and front porch after blizzards all at a cost effective rate and executed in an efficient diligent manner. I have a good rapport with the staff thanks in part to the staff striving to go the extra mile.

I decided to try Naturescape for mosquito control this summer based on my neighbors recommendation. The price quoted was VERY competitive. I opted for applications in June & July. The service techs must have done a fantastic job since there has not been a mosquito sighting in our yard since June! Couldnt get any better, right? Wrong! The customer service Dana provided was OUTSTANDING!! She answered all my questions in a friendly, professional manner. Keep up the great work!!

We have noticed a big improvement with our lawn after signing with Naturescape two years ago. Our lawn has fewer weeds and better thicker turf. Noticed not one dandelion this Summer even though my neighbors seem to be infested with them. I am amazed that they are able to control creeping weeds that two other local lawn services could not touch. The service is excellent and the applications are timely like they should be. I get all of this at a lower price than what I paid the locals before. We will continue using Naturescape for our lawn service, its a no-brainer.
