We usually go here for mulch. I needed tree this time. Mr. Willams and John were so kind and helpful in picking out my tree. The ladies in the office always seem like I caught them on grumpy days.

Interesting place. I like some of the unique varieties of trees and shrubs they get. Also if you need huge quantities of mulch or black dirt this is the place.

Stopped in Friday evening ordered a load of wood chips for Saturday 9.00 am and they were delivered right on time.

We purchased a beautiful Autumn Blaze Maple tree from them.

I am in love with Willems composted horse manure mix. Our vegetable and flower gardens do so well with a top dressing of this stuff every spring. I just got this years delivery, and its so dark and rich. Im giddy just thinking about how big our tomatoes will get! Thank you for helping me grow beautiful, healthy plants every year! Edited to add: My garden is almost done for the year. My marigolds that normally grow a foot tall grew to three feet tall and overtook most of my herbs and tomatoes. Everything grew way more than normal between the manure and all the rain we got. After 20+ years of gardening, I am still figuring out proper spacing with three years of this horse manure. Its a lovely conundrum to find myself in. Thanks again, Willems!

Nice people to work with

I had done a remodel with my house, went to Williams and asked about what I should use and how to do it. Was given few different options on what I could use for mulch,sand,and bushes. It was up to me on what to pick. Was very happy with the turn out of the house. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, they know what they are talking about with trees,bushes,sand,gravel, and mulch for your yard. The prices are very reasonable as well!! I do and have been highly recommend Williams Landscapen to others!! In the future I will be doing more business with them from here on out!!

Great place

Ordered mulch, delivery was on time and product was quality however they had what looked to be a hydraulic leak that resulted in fluid/oil spilt on my driveway. We were not notified. They did come back and covered the area with an absorbent, however still not notified. Came back again to clean up the absorbent but again, no contact from anyone involved. Left with a 4x4 stain in my driveway. Completely understand that things malfunction and would have been fine with the situation had they just notified us.

I cant say enough about Willems! Quality supplies, EXCELLENT service from placing our order through delivery. We had Amy deliver to our home, and when I mentioned concern about where she placed the landscaping stone she acknowledged my concern, and took care to ensure everything landed safely. We go every year to purchase material to spruce up our property, and will do so for years to come!

Dirt was pulverized and priced right and a metered load just as I ordered. Will be getting 2nd load next week. I got 4 plants from there s year ago. I am very impressed! They were annuals and out if the,4 , 3 are still strong healthy plants. Taking clippings now to keep it going. Need to replant the . Lol love the plants. Thank you

This will be my 4th season having rocks and mulch delivered, awesome customer service, excellent products at reasonable prices. I wouldnt order my mulch and stone from any place else.

I have been a long time customer of Willems Landscaping services and I have always been very happy with their services. I have used them for snow plowing as well as mulch delivery. They have always easily accommodated my residential needs. Thank you Willems!

Worst staff Ive ever dealt with. Was looking to order around 4000 worth of supplies and got treated horribly by the female who answered. Upon asking for a manager I got a snarky response saying that you talk to who answers on the phone. Lost my business, and I suggest you go somewhere else as well. Edit: After working with the owner I had a much better experience. This company has the chance to be so much better. Thank you to the owner for the help, but fixing the initial customer service would bid very well for business.

TL;DR: got the run around for 8 weeks. Told today I should try another company. I have a new home; my first home. I wanted to have proper landscaping and am not very creative. Willems was recommended for landscape design I called 3 times over the course of 6 weeks. They took my info and I was told someone would get back to me. Today after 8 weeks of no contact and it getting late in the season I call, explain the multiple attempts and not getting follow up. I M TOLD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!? So this whole time they kept blowing me off and today they say sorry, sometimes those guys that handle design don t call people back. Seriously!? I understand I m not a big money commercial property, but how crappy is that? Not that they need it, but I will never do business with Willems.

They have the best selection and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Horrible!!! Waited a week for Miguel to show up to his our job and he never showed. Called office and nobody knew where he was. Find out he didnt show up to work for two days. And nobody seemed to care about his appointments that actually bring money in. Female on phone didnt care one bit about our situation and offered no apologies or attempt I reschedule something. Pathetic.

If you are going to go to Willems, dont expect to be coddled. Know what you want, and if you dont know, expect quick and to the point answers. If you have been around the block with landscapers and are a do-it yourself kind of person, this is the place for you. The workers work hard and dont want people with high heels and dress pants coming in and making faces at the dirt. They have great prices, and lots of choices, plus when you order a yard of whatever, you get that and a bit more...which I cant say for most other places. You definitely get your moneys worth.

They have the most rude staff of any landscaping place Ive dealt with. Another review said dont expect to be coddled. I dont. Im a DIY person. I called once before to get an estimate on edging for my flower bed. They didnt bother to call back. Today I went in and asked what the tallest oak trees were they sold. I was the only one in the office and had to ask my question twice and they still didnt bother to answer it. Staff acted all in a daze or like they were on something. As to the reviewer saying they have the best prices...I have no idea where else you got a price from unless its Greenleaf (they are high). The prices at Willems are a lot higher than plenty of other reputable places in the Fox Valley. I dont expect I will ever spend a dime at this place and wonder how they stay in business

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff!!

If I could give NO stars to Willems...I would. They plowed for me and never sent bills till it was a large $. Their plowing was terrible and I have never dealt with such Rude Office staff. They did not receive my payment, so instead of a courtesy call to let me know, they just removed me from their schedule and then were rude to me about it. I pay my bills and this was uncalled for!

We are so impressed with the service we have received from Willems. We just moved to the area and were not sure what company to use for landscaping our new home. During the building process we stopped at Willems to check them out. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated beautifully. They helped us design our yard, build a retaining wall and soon the grass will be in. We find ourselves browsing their stock almost weekly for trees and bushes and found the quality of their products to be top notch. Have a feeling it will be our second home for quite a few years as we complete our landscaping. Thanks Willems!!!

Drivers are careless. I hope their customer service is better than the driver that almost just hit my car, no blinker nothing, just cut me off, and in a school zone no less.

Watch out for the snowplow drivers. Extremely reckless and rude.
