Jesse’s Signature Landscape Care LLC in De Pere

Jesse fertilized my flower beds and maintained them for me during the last 2 years and like how every review says, he is good at his job. However I didn’t have a pleasant experience towards the end. During the fall cleanup in 2021, I had a conversation with Jesse about continuing with the same plan of thatching my lawn, fertilizing and maintaining my flowerbeds in 2022. Come 2022 and I don’t hear from Jesse at all. I texted Jesse twice, called him and left a voicemail to find out what’s going on and I still don’t hear back from him. My lawn thatching, fertilization, and spring pruning haven’t been done and I have no clue why I wasn’t notified. Had he had the basic honesty and courtesy to notify me that he is totally booked and may not be able to maintain my garden this year, I would have given him a 5 star review. Owning a business and then treating your loyal customers like this is as unprofessional as one can get. Finally I sent him this text 👇👇 and I haven’t got a response yet which I expected. 😄 Hi Jesse, Since you haven't responded to my texts, I am assuming that you won't be doing my flower bed maintenance and fertilization this year. I am fine with that. However you should have at least informed me and not kept me waiting. I had no clue that you wouldn't turn up. If you had told me, I could have at least looked for somebody else. None of my lawn thatching or spring cleaning has been done yet. Based on our conversation in the fall last year, we had spoken about doing the fertilization and bed maintenance and repeating the same thing that we did last year. Very disappointed not because you cannot do it but that I wasn't informed well in advance.

Very responsive owner. Does everything we need for our communities. Excellent knowledge of his craft.
