Very poor manners

Our yard is beautiful thanks in part to Lance,Liz and their team of artisans.

Very rude people. We requested to get an estimate for a large retaining wall rebuild. Got a call from the owner, over 2 weeks later, to setup an appointment. They basically refused to even come out to take a look at the project without even attempting to gather any other information. We would rate lower than 1 star if we could. Horrible service.

They do good work

Thanks to Lance and his team, they really rescued our backyard. We had our lawn put in by another company in summer of '16 and over the winter we noticed bad pooling of water and bad drainage. Five of our trees died. The grading job they did was incorrect, yet they would not admit this was an issue. As one of the Landscape Artisan foremen said after seeing our backyard: "This is one of the worst jobs I've ever seen". After some second opinions (Landscape Artisans included) that all agreed that our grade was incorrect, we went with Landscape Artisans to fix our yard. We felt NO confidence in the previous company to be able to do the job right. All I can say is that we are extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work of the team. The work crews were polite, but what impressed me most was how meticulous they were. Attention to detail matters. When they were putting own the straw blankets they cut it to form the exact measurement of our lawn. Nothing was just done in a rush. Excellent work. I would have zero reservations recommending them. In fact, any lawn work we need doing in the future, we will be coming back to Lance.
