I have received two charges for things I have not authorized. I canceled my subscription for my lawn care a few days ago and that did not stop them from charging me 50$ today. Working to get this resolved again with them, so far very frustrated with this.

Terrible company, tried to charge me an extra $400 on top of my yearly contract. Called customer service and my local TruGreen and nobody could help me and nobody could fix the problem. There are many other companies that are honest and I would stay away from TruGreen.

I had my Tree and Shrub Service done today by TruGreen. It s good to know that harmful insects are being controlled and that mold will not form on my plants. Amy E explained everything being done while being very professional and friendly. Thank you!

I just canceled my parents service. This company is a joke. Our grass is literally YELLOW and there are dead patches all over the place. I called on September 3 and the representative told me that they will go and evaluate our grass. I just called and NO ONE DID ANYTHING. My parents are not able to take care of their lawn at their age so I stepped in and am appalled at their lack of professionalism and the fact my family has to pay money to fix what they broke. So frustrating!!! Do not use this company.

Beware of this company. Can t even get my first service. Everytime we call they say they would call us in 3 days. They also had me schedule but change the Schedule for next month while now 60% my yard is dying.

You always know what they did and you have the same technician forever. So i feel confident in there service. If something comes up they come out. They are an excellent value.

I have asked this company repeatedly to stay off my lawn. Even sent an email to a girl who said she would send it on to upper management. You cannot even fire these people. I have two dogs sick with cancer. They got sick at the same time, both with types of cancer being linked to lawn pesticides. They offered to do only the front lawn the first time I fired them because the dogs stay in the back came home to their sign sticking in my backyard. WORTHLESS COMPANY!

Had a sales person come and talk to me about their services. I asked if they mowed as well, he said yes, turns out they don t so I tried to cancel so I could afford an actual mowing company and they gave me a nice little present of a lovely extra charge of 110 dollars to my account. Company is a scam!

True green spray technician today was excellent! But last month the grumpy lawn Aireation guy broke a few sprinklers. You only know when the water excavates a large hole. Im almost 80 and being on my hands & knees replacing sprinklers isnt exactly fun . . .

I have never used a TruGreen until moving to Palm Coast, Florida, this is a phenomenal Company with very knowledgeable technicians who are more than happy to give you tips on your shrubs and your lawn. I would highly recommend.

Im pleased with the professionalism and being advised when I can expect service. Im still having a problem with weeds in some areas, but mostly taken care of. Hopefully todays service will take care of ants, and I appreciate the advice on watering .

When we started with TruGreen my lawn had some issues, since then the lawn has deteriorated so badly I have brown spots every where, have grass areas that won t grow, and now we have moles. They obviously didn t do what they told me. I had one of their employees telling me you do have green grass , I said in some areas. Another employee was supposed to call me before and after he saw and treated the lawn, and no call. So I definitely would never use them again.

Isaac took care of all the weeds in the front yard. All are beginning to die. He is very thorough & knowledgeable & takes the time to speak with you concerning any problems you may have. He s a 5 star plus in my book!

The guy came to our door and introduced himself and let us know what he was doing. After I was given a detailed list of what was done. Great customer service

Technician listened to my concerns and was through with application. I would like to see the same technician for every application if possible.

Be careful with this company. I had called for a quote. The next thing I know they had signed me up for an $1,800 a year contract that I did not want that I did not agree to that. I did not put a credit card on file for they show up at my house three four times. Trying to spray my yard anyways. I call them and tell them to cancel my service. Emails, phone calls, people just showing up at the door trying to spray my yard. And now Im receiving a bill for something they never did. Be careful with trugreen. Youre better off dealing with the mafia or a used car salesman.

Only had TruGreen do lawn and shrub care since the house was built in Nov 2024. Now the grass is getting close to the pictures in the above one star post. The grass is growing unevenly with dips and ups. It is not growing evenly. Also has light brown spotty areas. I know that the builder did level the ground before putting the sod in. I was there. I have had grass looks like this before it got worse in my other houses. This is my first try with Tru Green. The irrigation company checked and adjusted the sprinklers. so it is not the sprinklers. TruGreen sent a Specialist, Elex G on 04/04/24. He did nothing on that visit. He did listen to my concerns. He said he will personally come for the next visit which is scheduled for the 17 th as he thought the lawn is not being fertilized uniformly as it was done by tractors. He said he will do it manually. But so far no good reason given. This needs to be taken care of before it gets worse and I KNOW FROM PAST EXPERIENCE IT WILL. Disappointing. With all the money being spent on lawn care will expect a carpet like grass.

Wasnt even able to get the first service done before I had to call and cancel, I did an online estimate just to kind of get an idea of what I would be paying to get my lawn looking better. The next day a random guy comes out while Im at work soliciting a sale. He was informed that I was working and I didnt get off till 5:00. Once I got home I noticed the car was sitting across from my house. It was a representative from TruGreen and his name is John luckily for him I cannot find the card right now that has his last name because he is a complete liar I told him exactly what I wanted included and he claimed he was going to get me what I wanted and use his employee discount more like a sales tactic to me but anyways business is business so I had no problem and I asked him numerous times, does this plan include my yard being aerated, I have a lot of weeds in my lawn right now and through extensive research you need your lawn aerated that way the weed killer and fertilizer is able to get deep down and that would start my lawn off right well he yes mans me every time I ask him and reconfirm does it include aeration and he continued to tell me yes it included weeding fertilization clinch bug and aeration but he claimed that the aeration wouldnt be done until fall so I went ahead in proceeded forward. Then after he got my payment information he started backtracking on certain things nothing was discussed about aeration after that but little stuff like where the guy was going to spray but after a few days I downloaded the app and that showed me that there would be no aeration taking place so the guy lied to my face multiple times just to try to get somebody to fall victim, well its not me so I called their customer service and address the problem its a call center so they have no idea whats going on so they wanted to charge me $300 extra dollars on top of the employee discount deal he gave me and I told him to cancel my service until Im able to talk to somebody at a local office because I wont have somebody come out here and lie straight my face and numerous times. I should have known when he was on his little iPad and his hands were shaking and another thing Im going to document is that I got an email after he did his little iPad thing and the paperwork was very undescriptive besides having my name my address a few other things and then there was a signature line that I didnt sign nor did he ask me to sign so hopefully I can find a good company or a good representative of this company to get my lawn started but if youre in the Daytona area South Daytona and a guy named John comes by older guy hes a liar. Attached below is a picture of a so-called signature and I sign my whole name I dont just scribble a line. Highly disappointed, hopefully TruGreen has better employees and this will eventually get changed but for now until I talk to somebody thats going to be upfront with me itll stay like this Googles funny you have to give him at least one star.

Run as fast as u can! This company is a joke, they put blue water on my yard and called it treated, blue water does not kill weeds.

Having problems with my lawn this spring, The TruGreen team reacted immediately and now I have a beautiful lawn. The specialist who regularly services my lawn is always friendly, informative, and very careful with my property. I also think your service is a very good value especially with your immediate response to any problems which are usually caused by bad weather etc. IE: too wet, too dry. Youre always there to retreat and help restore my lawn to its great appearance.

TruGreen burned my lawn with the last treatment and killed large parts of it. I have called 5 times to talk to a supervisor about it and no one will call back or come look at the damage. Apparently this is not a company that will own up to a problem and correct mistakes. Terrible!!!

I watched Isaac preform our lawn service today. He did a good job, with the exception of missing 6-8 foot wide x 35 feet long area on the north side of our house. He arrived at 8:31 am and was loaded back up & messaging me by 8:45 am, which seems to me to be a very quick application on a large area.

Absolutely terrible! The only part about Trugreen that was pleasant was the initial sign up and thats only because you wanted my account. The technician lied about being on the way to my property, they lied about being on my property and then they lied about completing work at my property.Then it showed that my lawn treatment had been completed. I called in and was told it would be rescheduled for the next day and I would not be charged only to find out that was also a lie. The next day I was charged the full amount just as if someone had completed service on my property even though NO ONE had been here. My yard has 24hr surveillance and my office window looks over the yard all day that I work from. So before you reply to this review in attempt to save face for your company keep that in mind. Trugreen is an absolute unprofessional joke from my experience and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone at all, unless you enjoy being lied to.

Yesterday, my daughters and I were all sitting on our back patio, and there was someone next door who we thought was doing yard work. We suddenly began to smell very strong noxious fumes. At first we thought maybe one of the neighbors were cleaning, but as it continued to worsen , we went inside. I looked out the front window to find that the house next door was being heavily sprayed by trugreen. This morning I woke up with a burning tight sensation in my lungs, which can only be attributed to the ten minute exposure I had to these fumes. The least that the trugreen employer could have done would have been to warn us that he was going to spray so that we could have gone inside before exposure. He definitely knew we were out there as we were talking and laughing. This company claims to be safe and not harmful for the environment, but anyone can do minimal research about the chemicals used and see that that is simply not so. These chemicals can cause devastating effects on our health and contain known carcinogens. Imagine the effects it must have on our pets, birds or any other unsuspecting individual that comes into to contact with these chemicals. Anyone using a lawn care business like trugreen or chemlawn needs to consider a safer alternative - they are out there!

I had great amounts of weeds that I tried to kill with weed and feed in a bag. Didn t work!! So I called true green and now almost all weeds are gone. One more treatment and the weeds gone.

Yard was treated monthly and for a 9-month period, there was absolutely no improvement of the weeds despite phone calls and one free retreatment. My complaints were met with silence, they did nothing to remedy the situation. AVOID!

The service was very professional and the specialist was able to answer all my questions. One concern i have is the price in still paying. When I moved in and started the service my lawn was a little over 6,000 square feet. Since then Ive put in: - Swimming pool - Large covered deck - Brick pavers around deck - Garden on side of house - Landscaping along length of the back (still working on this) Now I think the grass area is about 3,000 square feet. Should the monthly charge be reduced?

We also mosquito control service, and now I enjoy without those pestering Mosquitoes. Michael Gibbs our tech is super nice, professional and diligent in doing his job.

The service person has his SPRAY TANKER truck parked in A1A South bound lane when there is a side street at the house he is treating!!!! He is causing a traffic jam and danger to all drivers to say the least!!!~ Teach your people not to be lazy and pull the hose to keep from causing and accident. He has 75% of the South Bound Lane Blocked at Country Club Lane!!! A1A is small at this point There is no turn lane just 20 feet for North Bound and South Bound Traffic!!

We were having troubles from our last lawn care company with chinch bugs. Our lawn was a mess. I put it into your hands & it turned out beautiful My hubby just added sod to certain spots & kept watering from our last few visits with you. We get many great remarks as to how beautiful our grass looks Alex was my lawn provider. He was very pleasant & I thanked him for cleaning up our lawn & it s looking pristine. We just got our yard sodded a few months ago. And we need some lawn care. So we call up the local Tru green number. A lady named Brenda answers. She was super aggressive and pushy. Looking at a satellite photo she was ready to charge us $750 for a year of service. Its like no we want someone to come out to our house and measure the yard and talk to us about what we need and what will be done. We want details ironed out!! We cant just pay you $750 and we dont have everything worked out. And shes like what you do for a living? But this is how things are done. Im like no, I own a business my self and this is not how I do things. When someone calls me I go out and talk to them personally. Look at their house and go over everything, answering all questions and explaining what will be done. And then I give a price! And then the customer thinks about it. This lady was so aggressive, shes like well how will you be paying today, what card will you be using? I cant explain in detail how everywhere but it was super off putting. She was just like a telemarketer. Her ONLY goal was selling me a $750 package. She didnt care about addressing our concerns or even being courteous .When things werent going her way she started to get overly aggressive. She reminded us that a supervisor was listening to this phone call and it was being recorded. I couldnt believe that a supervisor was actually letting her talk like this. So aggressive and pushy. And when she realized we werent going to just hand over our money, she got just plain rude. I dont believe that a supervisor was listening. And if they were thats crazy. Just wanted to post this because we couldnt even get past the initial process! Because this lady was so outrageous. I wish I had the recording of this conversation.

When arranging the appointment date I addressed the issue of crabgrass which is all over. I also mentioned it to Robert. He indicated that it will be taken care of. Robert was very nice and courteous.

Thanks to them, I was able to make an informed decision about my homes specific needs and they customized an affordable plan. Today was our first treatment using TruGreen lawn services and Willie W was very informative. He provided tips on what we can do to help our grass get the most impact from the treatments. Im hopeful we will one day have a healthy beautiful lawn.
