Massey ruined my lawn. I've had them for several years and have had several occasions in which I've had to call them to fix my yard. Now, im out of town and getting pictures from neighbors on my lawn. It looks absolutely horrible. They are also pretty much the highest rates for service so I would expect a nice looking yard. They better fix my lawn by the time I get back to town. And quit neglecting the back yard too....that has always looked like crap! Fix my lawn , front and back! I wish I could post a picture of my lawn. So mad right now.

We have been using Massey Services for our lawn for several years. The grass keeps getting worse and worse. Weeds and invasive grasses have destroyed our lawn. I have complained multiple times and have yet to get satisfactory results. I have had to re-sod large portions of my yard because of their poor service. I strongly recommend against using them.

Very happy with Massey. Tyler was here today and did a great job tweaking my system, replaced a head, cleaned out spray head and gave me tips on watering frequency. Very professional and energetic….explains what’s going on all the time.

Massey Irrigation Services in South Daytona, Florida is an absolute winner for us! This division, led by Jory Vanmeter (whose supervisory skills and work ethic are to be reckoned with!) NEVER disappoints. Between the quarterly service and occasional maintenance needs, we would give these folks 50 stars if we could. Our Irrigation Specialist, Javier Martinez, is somewhat new to the Team, but he's is already showing out by providing excellence in customer service, demonstrating awesome skills in irrigation, is efficient and thorough! Our irrigation system functions perfectly thanks to this fantastic team, and we couldn't be happier! We definitely recommend Massey's irrigation service, and are super stoked to be lucky enough to have the South Daytona location as our Team!

Jason Thornton was my inspector, and he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was very professional, on time, and polite. I was not home for the first treatment but the lawn is looking great, and I received a detailed report of what was done on the property. I am happy that I chose to join the Massey family.

Excellent customer service and support. Initial evaluation with Christopher was pleasant, informative and I knew exactly what the price was for what I was getting. No pressure sales was appreciated. First treatment came to my door, provided additional information and let me know how long till my puppies could go out on lawn! Very happy with start up service!

We purchased our home Oct 2021 and our lawn was in very poor shape. We hired True Green and they did improve our lawn. However we had large bare spots and after a full year of treatment we still have those large bare spots. So we try hiring Massey and Wow what a different experience. We have the same Technician Nick treating our lawn each treatment. He explains what he his doing that day and wants to know if we have any concerns. Now for the best news Nick starting treating those spots and they have starting to come back. Nick suggested we put in a few trays of plugs and then his supervisor Corey came by explained what the plugs would do. We agreed and Corey has installed the plugs and we are so happy. Our lawn is truly looking great and I expect we will have a 100% full lawn by the end of our first year contract. We will be life time Massey customers. We highly recommend Massey if your not happy with your current lawn. And by the way they had better prices then True Green.
