We have used Show Place for several years now for a our lawn care and recently for aeration and overseeding. We have always been pleased with the lawn care - we like the fact that treatment is just four times a year. We think other companies who do more are just charging because they can. The newsletter that the owner, Mike, provides gives us useful and helpful information with each issue. I mentioned the aeration and overseeding which was done last fall. Early this spring I called because a had a big bare spot under our Maple tree. Mike came out personally and educated me. He showed me extremely small, and easily missed, grass plants just coming in and told me that the weather was causing the new grass to come in more slowly than usual. Sure enough, four weeks later, that area is much fuller. Best value for the money in Dayton!
