I was trying to ask questions she would talk over me as though she could careless for the business opportunity. I was so taken back by her tone and rude nature I politely ended the call! This is a professional company. They cut a HUGE tree down for us that was over a power line and our house. Came down nicely. They cleaned up ours and both neighbors yards and driveways. It was windy so leaves blew around. It looks nice. The secretary is sweet, the workers are kind and hard working. Definitely trust them to cut down any tree. One star reviews are probably from vindictive people because this company is honest and kind. Some people are just mean spirited when reviewing . Again very happy with our service and would recommend to anyone.

On March 30th, I was walking the dog on Oakleaf Drive in Oakbrook Chase, and from a block away, even though I could not see signage on your truck from that distance, I could tell it was one of your crews, because of their uniforms. They are so professional-looking, no matter how hard theyre working or how much dirt theyre handling. My compliments on an excellent brand representation of quality in all that you and your teams do.

I ve always been satisfied with J&L s work. I live in the plat across from Tenneco in Kettering, which isn t fancy compared to a lot of other clients of theirs, but they still treat my lawn with respect and make the best of it. I feel some guilt because I m sure it isn t fun to navigate around the couple holes my dog keeps digging up, but they haven t complained or treated me different for the inconvenience at all, so HUGE props to the two guys who come out weekly for my lawn. Also, I had Luke come out to look at my yard s grading and potentially remodeling the garden. He shot straight with me, and actually talked me out of a bad idea or two that I had instead of letting me make mistakes which was awesome- I m sure he could ve BS d me into doing it for the money, but he didn t. I highly recommend you go with these folks, honest hard workers with incredible customer service.

They do not do services in my area, however the lady I spoke with was extremely nice, professional and had even offered to give me recommendations in my area. She didnt rush me off the phone nor make me feel like I was taking up her time.

Noah was the crew leader and the guy he brought with him were phenominal. They pulled all of our weeds by the root, and made edges on our beds that were really awesome. They worked really hard and listened to what i needed done. i was charged for what was talked about in the estimate and my beds have never looked better. They are a little expensive and they will not work unless you have a minimum 1500.00 dollars of work so it is worth their time and effort...i get that, time is money. They are definitely worth it my wife found them on Beavercreek moms page on Facebook. Thank you for the recommendation.. The services performed were mulching, edging, deweeding, preen, and clean up every day. i will definitely have them back my beds have never looked so good, thanks Noah and whoever was on his crew for those 3 days i think it was peter

We had the pleasure of working with Luke and his team last year when they came in and solved a bad drainage problem where others had tried and failed They do not come any more professional than Luke and crew. The plan was explained clearly and succinctly as to the final objective and what steps would be taken to achieve that objective. The work was performed in an orderly and well planned manner. Even my neighbors commented on their work ethic, as well as their respectful, courteous, and professional demeanor. It took a while for us to get the type of rains to see the full effect of how much water (very heavy rains) can be carried out of the area leaving the property in such condition that the grass could actually be cut by the next day. Previously, that type of rain would have prevented any mowing for several weeks. This was a BIG job, yet the price was very much within the range of commensurate with the work performed . And worth every penny. Tip O the hat to J & L !! Needless to say, we are VERY pleased with the results and would highly recommend J & L Landscaping and obviously will be using them in the future for any landscaping needs that may arise at our home.

Luke and his team recently installed a pager patio for our home, they did a phenomenal job. Great quality, made great efforts to customize, fair price, great people and professionals; we are extremely happy with how it turned out and would recommend to anyone.

We have used Luke and his team for years on differant projects, hardscape, mulch, gutters, drainage, weekly mowing ETC. We cannot be happier with price and quality of work. We went on Even-Pay this year where all of our outdoor needs are taken care of and we only have a modest monthly payment year around. J&L is the BEST !!!

I found these guys at McDonalds and asked if they could take care of a rental property for me. They were right out, got the job done. Place looks better than ever. Ive been using them since May and even had them do another property till rented. I have sold the other home now but would not hesitate to use them on future. We also had them bring mulch and spread at our own home. Very prompt, and professional. Did what and when they said they would. Thanks Jason and Luke!
