The person answering the phone was friendly and took my information. I m just waiting on the bid to come through so I can evaluate their service offering. But, so far, I ve been pleased.

Good rating overall. I called two companies for a quote, but Eddies was the only one to make good on their promise of coming out. The representative was kind. I did not get any work done because the quote was $4,600 for a small area, which may be a fair price but Im not sure and cant spend that much on landscaping. I asked for a cost effective job to be performed for $1,000 and was told it wasnt worth it since they had to come from Centerville which is 25 mins away. Like I said overall great communication, but not a place the middle class can afford. Very nice people though

This company is NOT a wise choice. They took my deposit and did not deliver on their promise. I placed my order in the Spring and paid a deposit of 300 dollars. It is now mid summer and no response. I made several calls and was told the weather caused the delay and it would be next week (We just finished a week in the 90s and almost no rain.) Taking money under false pretense is a fraud. I am preparing to file a lawsuit. A word to the wise......take your yard work to someone else!!!!!

Eddies delivered 5 cubic yards of their triple processed mulch in short notice. The mulch was terrific!!! No chunks of woods, no stones, no trash etc, just hardwood. I could not have been more pleased. Thanks Eddie!!

Our company has used Eddies Lawn & Landscaping for a couple of years. They have kept our lawn looking great. They mulch, fertilize and weed our flower beds and rake the leaves from our lawn and beds -- even in the coldest of weather. They also stay on top of clearing snow in our parking lot and distribute salt on time -- they anticipate the forecast and always come through for us! Invoicing and billing is accurate and easy to pay with a purchase order.

First time I have used Eddie s landscaping for mulch. I am truly impressed from the receptionist, quality, and delivery. I gave special instructions where I wanted it placed. It was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely be using them the next time I am needing mulch or any other landscaping!!

Eddies has been doing our lawn mowing and landscaping for several years. They just completed the spring clean up and mulching. They do fabulous work! The workers are very polite and are attentive to every detail. They truly do an excellent job with the trimming, clean up, and mulching but also with lawn mowing. When they leave our house whether it is clean up or mowing everything looks terrific. We cant say enough good things about them and highly recommend them.

The Eddies Lawn crew left my house a couple of hours ago. The crew was friendly and professional. Their work went above my expectations, and I think my lawn looks amazing. I highly recommend. Job well done. EDIT: One year later, we decided to sell and had Eddies come out to clean the beds, clean out a fenceline, and pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk. The place looked great, we got lots of compliments, and we sold in 10 days. The curbside appeal was amazing. They even worked with us on a little-notice; got to get it on the market.

Our experience with Eddies is fantastic! We are no longer the ugliest house on the block! They were very professional and the job was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. We worked with Collin, Ronny, Rodrigo, Mike and Shelby and they made our experience wonderful. Will definitely use again next spring for more mulch and other landscaping tasks!

I contacted several Landscaping Companies to get estimates and of the ones that actually showed up and got the estimate to me, I was most impressed with Eddies because of the details and time put into writing the estimate. I hired them and they exceeded my expectations for the work I needed done. They were very courteous, very hard working and went above and beyond in getting the job done. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I m currently watching this crew work and it s unreal! They re movers, thorough, and no stone unturned! And A+ for friendliness! Great work and a lot of work at that!

We tried to get an estimate from a another landscaping business they were in the same county but after one excuse after another we emailed Eddies. We were contacted quickly and the estimate arrived just like they said. The work was to remove old dirt/rock piles from the back of the yard then bring in topsoil to regrade the area. This had to be done with a Bobcat since a larger truck would not fit through our gates. Their work was exceptional, the crew was polite and the cleanup was better than expected. All other companies should strive to be this good. Thanks for a job well done. Eddies will be the first call we make next time around.

I had high hopes for this company, but they unfortunately let me down! First, the date they told me they were coming to do the job, they didnt make (which is ok, I know weather changes things), but I never got a call or update as to when they were coming back. So I had to reach out to them (on a Monday) they told me it would be done Wednesday. No problem. They showed up Tuesday unexpectedly (we had other major repairs happening at our house that day so it added chaos) and was told we were being squeezed into the schedule. Even with our lines and cables well marked with flags and spray paint, the guys accidently cut a wire anyway. Luckily it wasnt to anything major, but if we want to use our main cable line we will now have to have someone come replace the line in the ground. I had to ping Eddies about having the lines marked (I was told they do that and make the calls), because I was worried they wouldnt be marked in time, which clearly didnt make a difference once they were since one was cut. The day of the job, I got home from work and reviewed it all, to find they didnt comb out any giant rocks or lay top soil down (which was included in my quote). I had to reach out to them about this, then they called and said the guy didnt have top soil in his work order and they would have to come back. What exactly is the point of a quote that has a list of everything that is included in the job.....if the workers dont get that same information? One week later, I had to call them (since I had not heard anything from them) to find out when they were coming back out to put the soil down and new grass seed. I was informed it would be THAT DAY. Well, ok, thats fine, but a heads up would have been nice (I had to mow when I got home that day so I was worried it would conflict, luckily it didnt). The job is complete now, and it does finally look how I expected it to look. I had to ask someone else about the care of my seed and straw, because Eddies didnt inform me on how often to water it, or when I can mow over it or anything and I didnt want to reach out AGAIN to them lol. I just got the final invoice -- for the full amount. Side note: You are required to put 20% down to secure a job, so I have already paid the 20%, so I shouldnt owe the full amount anymore. What was sent to me was not a correct final invoice, which has me questioning how well they track funding and payments. For the amount of effort that I have personally had to put into this job and having to correct this company a couple times and force them to keep me in the loop, I just cannot recommend them. Yes, the job is done and looks good, but the amount of stress it caused me to have it completely done just wasnt worth it. Recommendations for the company: - better communication between quotes and job orders - ensure everything is included in work orders and that jobs arent rushed - process improvements: call clients to inform of scheduling and schedule changes. Sounds like there were multiple versions of the schedule floating around when I called each time (one at the home office and another with a lead person) - follow ups/customer service: call clients to make sure everything is looking good and if they have any questions and if they are still content with everything (this is when i would have asked about the caring of the seed) - better billing practices: if you require every job to have 20% down, make sure final invoices are correct, otherwise you might have people overpaying which is not ok. I can be chill about mistakes and re-dos, but own up to them and communicate to me. That would earn a better rating for sure.

Eddies team took out all of the old bushes and installed a completely new, beautiful landscape. Never looked better! Highly recommend.

We ve had Eddie s take care of two projects for us so far. They did a fantastic paverstone pathway, some drainage work and a concrete driveway & patio expansion. The workmanship is fantastic, they were in and out in just a couple days both times and left behind a yard better than it started. It did take them a while to start work, and I do agree with some of the reviews around communication. It definitely pays to make sure at the start and near the end that things are up to expectations. However, that s pretty standard advice, and the finished work + price totally exceeded our expectations delightfully.

Have used for several landscaping projects. Every job is managed by an experienced professional. Hard scape work is exceptional. Had patio and porch enhanced with their paver design. Very pleased with the results.

My sister in law hired them for us, honestly, I see no difference in out yard and they want us to pay 400. All she did was spray some weed killer and we couldve done it ourselves. We will never hire them again.

Eddies have been treating my lawn for 3 years now and has done a terrific job. I just recently used them to remove 4 hazardous trees from over my house. They all worked together great and carefully removed trees with no damage to our house...great work and thanks!
