It s easy to give Dunham 5 stars for great communication, excellent work, attention to detail and a thorough clean-up. They really earn a sixth star for professionalism - which starts with the initial phone call and continues right through the final walkthrough and sign off, including an info sheet outlining what to do if problems arise after they leave. One of the hardest things for me to explain is the difference between doing it right and getting it done. Dunham s gets it done and does it right. From the quoting to the execution, everything went as or better than expected. Hired Jason for several projects last year. Tree pruning, fall cleanup, patio retaining wall, cinder block planters, remove/replace 4x4 timber around other planting beds, grass seeding, topsoil and mulch. Gave him half up front, the rest due on completion. Left straw and blocks and debris around the yard, doesn t return phone calls either. Big mess to clean up. Thinks customers are suckers.

We were very impressed how Dunham Lawn Care tackled our challenging problem of removing several dead trees in an area of overgrown brush. The team was professional and worked extremely hard over two full days. The team showed respect as they worked on neighbors property and tactfully addressed any of their questions. They removed overgrown bushes, planted beautiful perennials and bushes in their place, mulched several areas, installed edging, and installed river rock in a huge area. Excellent work by Ryan and his crew - they took down 14 trees, ground the stumps and roots and removed all debris. Actually the estimate only included 10 trees but they accommodated my request on the day of work and were able to get everything I needed done. Additional trees were completed with a very reasonable cost addition despite my dropping them into the planned work with no advance notice. Professional results and a great company to work with! We had 2 cords of wood delivered to our house. You could see from the get-go it had been measured to professional standards, the wood was nicely seasoned and dry, and the delivery person was courteous and organized in the way he deposited the product to our yard. Very much satisfied with the price and service, would use them and recommend again in the future.

We had Ryan and his team aerate, seed, and fill in areas around concrete work. It looks fantastic and we loved how he kept us updated throughout the whole process. Will definitely use his services for other landscaping needs in the future.

A clear and thorough walk through was done in preparation for providing a quote. The job involved significant amounts of trimming and yard debris removal along with mulching and it ended up taking 3 days for a crew of 8 to 10. The weather was horrible the third day, but they continued to work hard. Each member of the crew was always very polite in answering our questions and were good about checking with my wife and I when they had questions on specific tasks. They arrived around the same time each morning and held off until after 9AM to start the noisy saws and wood chipper. One of the tasks was not completed due mostly to weather, but they returned at a later date and completed the task as promised. They exceeded our expectations and we plan to use them again in the future for Spring and Fall maintenance.
