I ve had Centerville Landscaping & Irrigation do work for me for over 20 years! Both for contracted work in my professional career as well as repair work at my own home. They have done everything from landscaping, mowing and drainage work, to irrigation repair and installation. They ve replaced the drain pipe under the entrance to my driveway at home and JC (the owner) has even come out on a weekend to help me troubleshoot a problem with my well pump, which isn t even listed as one of their services! He is a stand up owner with decades of experience. He is a straight shooter who charges reasonable prices and always makes sure the job is done right and that I am taken care of! The work he does is nothing short of magic. My staff and I searched for an irrigation valve buried under a baseball field for over a week. The valve had been added after the initial installation plans were created but the plans were never updated by the initial installer. We called JC for help after a week of frustration and no success of our own. He arrived and located the valve (buried over a foot in the ground) in under 5 minutes ..by listening!! BY LISTENING!!! Neither me or my staff could hear a thing, but he somehow could! His crews are always friendly and professional. They communicate well and present all feasible options available based off of my budget and needs. I have absolute faith in every aspect of what Centerville Landscaping does and the services they provide. I will never call anyone else. They are hands down the best company i ve ever hired in their field of expertise!

Centerville Landscape has helped to maintain our irrigation system at work, and have installed drainage in my home lawn. The staff is knowledgeable and hard working, as well as very professional. JC has always gone out of his way to be helpful and makes my job much easier having him as a contact. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing irrigation or landscape services.

I needed supplies for a water feature and Centerville Landscaping was able to deliver exactly what I needed quickly and very reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would use them again!

Our poor experience was with the irrigation system we had installed this summer. When we had asked for a quote we got someone to come out survey our and draw up a quote and a contract. In the contract it states that the drawing of the irrigation system would be reviewed with us and we would be able to talk about any changes or additional zones if needed. I paid my I initial payment and the next call I received was weeks later when the water people were coming to dig for the new meter, I questioned multiple times about our layout, etc. was told I d receive a copy, photos, but received nothing. The next trip they made was to actually install our system. Still a mystery to us how this irrigation system was going in our yard, where it was going to be for our flower beds, property lines etc. The system was installed. Nobody ever came to show us how to use the system, we had to call and ask if it was done. We actually had to go to the city water department and work out issues the company should have done to get it working. Lucky for us my husband was able to figure out how to use the hyrawise system which is very nice. The irrigation system does not water to our property line so now we have brown areas in the back we have to water extra because it doesn t reach which could have been avoided had they discussed the plan with us per contract. Now we have a leak and the system is only 3 months old. This is what you get for a 9K system.. if your looking for quality, I d look else where for an irrigation system. We regret our decision to go with this company, it s been one hassle after another. **Amended Review*** After a year and our persistence about our irrigation system, this company did come out and extend the irrigation system to our property line as it should have been done in the beginning. We are glad the job got finished as it should but did go with another irrigation company. Getting service up north out of their normal service area was not beneficial for us and with regards to water permits would of cost a big charge that we would not normally would have to pay otherwise by going with a local company. This is information that was also not told to us when we decided on this company. My review hasn t changed for this company but after receiving an email from the company asking me to remove this review, I thought it was at least fair to amend the review but does not change my opinion of their business.

Called. Had a lady come and measure the area. We discussed that I wanted something low maintenance. Was told that I would get an estimate. Weeks passed, nothing. I called and was told someone would get back to me. It s been months and nothing. How very disappointing.

I didnt use this business but received a bill. We cancelled our appointment in early June for backflow certification and another company did the work and sent in the document June 3rd. For some reason this company sent in the certificate on July,13tn.The certificate needs to be done by June 30th. My security camera shows nothing on July 13th that anyone from this company was anywhere near my house. What a dishonest business. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I had a very nice experience with this company. They are very professional and always available when I had questions. I highly recommend this company.

Been using this company for 6 years. We asked them to come out to mark our irrigation lines in a specific area of our yard so when we drilled, we wouldnt damage our irrigation lines. They came out and marked them, charged me $133 (without letting me know there was a fee for this service), gave me the all clear to dig AND we ruptured the line 4 times!!! Upon receiving the invoice, I expressed my frustration with the surprise fee and the fact their marking was wrong b/c I broke my irrigation line 4 times, which will cost me more money and they did nothing about it. NO customer service solution... just pay the money was their solution. We are done with Centerville Landscape.

We used Centerville Landscaping to redesign the landscaping in our backyard, install a new paver patio and walkway, lay new sod and install plants per the landscaping plan. The design phase was responsive to our requests and provided good options for plants. The team of men who came to install the patio, lay the sod and install all the plantings, were great. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly, were respectful and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. Their work was impeccable and completed in a timely fashion. It s been a little over a month since the project was completed and everything is thriving and green and we have enjoyed the patio and walkway. We highly recommend Centerville Landscaping.

CENTERVILLE Landscaping did an unbelievable job pruning and mulching our yard. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.Our yard has never looked better!! I rate them 10 out of 10!

Best Irrigation Techs In The Area!

Great customer service and attention to detail. Quality of craftmanship is second to none. I have high expectations and at no point did this team let me down. I should have written this earlier but glad I waited because I can review the quality of products now. The products Centerville Landscaping uses is top quality. I have zero complaints. Great team and fantastic communication throughout the process! Its hard to find companies that care about quality, details and service, so its refreshing to work with Centerville Lanscaping, Inc.

Scheduled the work back in December. Had to chase them down to start come spring. The job never got completed, chased them around for two more months, and got several excuses why they couldnt come back out to complete work. The wrong size trees were planted, trees planted in wrong spot, 3 beds never got proper work done. Verbally talking with Tim the ideas seem great but the execution was poor. I expected better service for the price.

Tom and his team have done an absolutely outstanding job on our irrigation system. If maintenance issues arise, they are always extremely prompt and resolve our issues quickly and efficiently. Tom has a can-do customer service attitude that is superb.

I have worked with Tom and Tim for almost 20 years. I think that speaks volumes that there is a landscaping and irrigation company in existence that can do all the right things to maintain a relationship that long. I had an emergency issue with my irrigation, they came out same day and was wonderful. I called back to see if they could give an estimate on yard maintenance and was told on 4 different occasions (within a two month span) that I would receive a return call. I never received a return call. I called again to see if they could help with my irrigation and was told I would receive a return call because the scheduled was on the other line. Still no call, lost patience and faith with this company. Do not recommend if you want a resolution.

Set up an appointment to plan a larger project for the back yard. Took some time off work to meet with a designer was told the plan would be done within a few days. A month or so latter we emailed again and set up another appt (so had to leave work early again). When the designer showed up she appoligized for not really working on the project. She said she would have it done in two days and drop it off. 2 weeks later I emailed again and have had no response. Thanks so much for waisting my time.

I worked with Centerville Landscaping to design an irrigation system for my new home. From the installation to the follow up service to make some adjustments to get all of the sprayheads just right, my controller programmed properly, and to repair a couple of issues, Tom and JCs response time and follow up were impeccable. The few issues that I had that I let them know about, were resolved within 24 hours after letting them know. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Back in November of 2013 I had a plow installed on my truck by Centerville Landscaping. The plow was installed very neatly, and has worked flawlessly up until last night. I called Tom around 6:30pm and he started trouble shooting some of the possibilities of my problems via the phone. We were not getting anywhere so I asked if Tom was still at the shop and Tom replied No Im home now but I can be there in five minutes. I said well Im coming from West Chester and I need 30 minutes. Tom said no problem ill see you in 30 minutes. Not only did Tom leave his Home for me that evening after working all day, he also had me pull in his garage and started repairing my plow problems which at the end was fixed at NO CHARGE. It is people like Tom that go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I will always recommend Centerville Landscaping for anything I need.
