Terrible company….. Was kicked out of Walnut Creek Community in under a year due shoddy wok in horrible supervision… The office manager is very incompetent… Beware before you hire these clowns… 0 STARS…….

First impressions are important. We called their offices to schedule an estimate for services. The person that we spoke to gave us a day and time range of two hours for when someone would be out to meet with us. The day before the appointment a gentleman calls us from his cellphone to confirm the appointment for the next morning. The next morning came around three hours past the time someone was supposed to be at our house no one had shown up or called. We called the main office to find out what happened, and the lady said she needed to put us on hold, she came back to the phone and said that the gentleman had gone out and no one was at home. We informed her that that's impossible since we work from home and if that was true why wouldn't he have called? He just called the day prior. We were told that we would get a call back in a few, well 7 hours later no call. Needless to say, if a company has this little respect for its possible paying customers, I can only imagine how they would treat you once they get paid. Never beg a company to give them money!!
I live in palm isles and I personally want to thank you for your great service and letting me know sprinklers on my block 9867 Harbour Lake circle are finally up and working after weeks of no sprinkler service hopefully now the grass will come back and look green and beautiful again I do need some seed as my property is awful ..thank you again for letting me know yesterday the two gentlemen who told me not to worry they are up And working even told me what time sprinklers would go on and I actually went out at. 1:30-2am and it was working..thank you again ..

I would recommend wolfer for all your tree needs. Ryan is super responsive friendly and very professional. His word was his bond. He promised to grind our tree down after having it cut months prior and he came back himself as promised and grind the tree down and cleaned up. Very very professional.
I wouldn t recommend this business to anyone other than the Division of Business and Professional Regulation. Wolfer Landscaping Services damaged community property while entering my development. They never reported the damages and then when provided the film footage of the incident clearly showing their vehicle hitting the entrance gate, failed to make restitution. This is the most unprofessional group of thieves providing landscaping services. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Wolfer Landscaping is a great company. Always on time, gets the job done, and does it right. We had a tree removed and the job was done very professionally with all the right equipment. The stump was then ground and it is like there was never a tree there! Wolfer Landscaping is also very active in their community with community service projects. Awesome company!
I hired the Wolfer landscaping company to remove multiple 6 foot radius tree stumps and heavy brush off a property of mine, they made quick work of it and did it in an orderly fashion!

What is missing at wolfer is customer service I am not
POOR QUALITY TREE CUTTING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Wolfer Landscape was very responsive to get out to quote the tree work and schedule a crew to come and do the work that next week against all their other jobs. They showed up and cut down the tree branches down but did not alert anyone they were there and did not properly prune the trees with each cut. They came and left. They Hacksaw-ed them which is against city compliance. Upon City inspection, we had to get another crew out to fix as they became un-responsive and when they finally did respond they did not take responsibility and were not helpful to say the least.

They did a amazing Job getting up one of the trees fell during the storm. Tree was 10-12 feet tall almost flat on the ground and they were able to get it up without any damage to a single branch. Excellent service

I was looking for a new Palm and Tree cleaning service and I met Sean and Ryan Wolfer at my neighbors. Today they cleaned my front and backyard and I have at least 25+ palms. One is even approaching 55-60. They did an outstanding job that took quite sometime and the cleanup was excellent. They had the proper equipment (Cherry picker, etc.), they were on time and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them for all Landscaping needs. I plan on using them every 6 months. Thank you Ryan!
